cgsh.com Spam

Honestly I’m not sure if cgsh.com is aware this is happening but a phishing scammer is sending emails all over the net with messages like “Court hearing notice” In the bodies of these emails it might say something like this:

“Court hearing notice.

As a defendant you have been scheduled
to attend the hearing in the Court of New York.
Hearing date: 28 January 2014
Hearing time: 9:00 a.m.

Hearing subject: illegal use of software.
Prior to the court thoroughly study the plaint note in the attachment to this mail.

Sincerely,
Court agent,
Betty Mason”

Not to worry this is spam report it as spam. There are lots of spammers that hide their identities by using legitimate companies email addresses . DO NOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENTS! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE ATTACHMENTS!

In the future please be aware that Any and all legal documents of this nature would be sent certified mail or hand delivered by a representative of the court or law enforcement. Don’t fall for these scams! Delete these emails and report them to your email provider as soon as you get them!
