The Corporate Republic of China? Will China the Chinese Communist Party bailout the Evergrande Real Estate Group? – September 23, 2021,
Communists tend to prefer Nationalization over corporatism, in most Western nations, spineless leaders like Barack Obama and Justin Trudeau will loan private companies money they deem as too big or too important to fail, these corporate acts of evil give credibility to the Communists who will often argue that instead of regulations and corporate welfare the government should simply control the means of production.
We all wait with anticipation to see what happens to Evergrande, there is little to gain for the Chinese Communist Party(CCP) if they bail out Evergrande and join the west in its endless pursuit of corporate bailouts to suppress central bank interest rates.
China being that it’s the manufacturing hub of the world, is now in a position that it controls the means of production globally, so much so that if the Chinese Communist Party were to dissolve, and China became a nation of LIBERTY China would easily be the richest nation on earth, they’d probably have to build another great wall of China to keep all the infidel Westerners from emigrating to their borders.
China’s problem is of course its lack of respect for property rights, which puts the CCP in these weird situations, because in the end when it comes to Leftism, the primary concern of Leftists is to hold onto POLITICAL power, Leftism is narrative-based, the CCP must push a narrative that the Chinese people must buy into in order for the CCP to hold an iron fist of power.
This Evergrande problem is only a political problem because it could lead to an economic downturn which could spark even more protests in China. But the CCP otherwise shouldn’t even care, because they have the means of production and for as long as the Western World continues to regulate itself into oblivion China holds all the cards. What I’m curious to see is if the CCP bows to social pressure in China to bail out Evergrande, which when I say it out loud sounds ridiculous.
Interesting times ahead
