The Democratic Socialist wing of the Democrat Party in actuality has very little influence on the Democrat Party establishment. As was the case when Democrat Party embraced National Socialism in the form of White Supremacy in the Jim Crow south, socialist Democrats are merely pawns, the Democrat establishment uses to get votes it otherwise wouldn’t get if the members of the Democrat establishment were honest with their radical voter base.
What the Democratic socialists need to understand is that in order to reshape America in their socialist image, they’ll have to take a page out of Hugo Chavez’s playbook, which will have far different consequences in America than it had in Venezuela.
The Democratic socialist wing of the Democrat Party currently wants a $15 FEDERAL minimum wage. The Democratic socialist’s wing of the Democrat Party doesn’t seem to care about the effects a $15 minimum wage will have on American medium and small businesses.
For the Democratic Socialists, their Wages motto appears to revolve around the Labor Union concept which states that “If you can’t afford to pay a Union Wage, you shouldn’t be in business”. A lot of Republican-run States have “Right to work” legislation on their books, which simply means that Labor Unions which in actuality are nothing more than special interest groups are not allowed to dictate workers’ rights.
The right-to-work law gives workers the choice of whether or not to join a union. Government wage enforcement, is a tool labor unions employ to destroy emerging small and medium-sized business who can’t afford a labor union from competing with large established corporate entities which can more than afford to pay Union Wages.
a Labour union and a Labour union wage is nothing more than a special interest group, looking to destroy businesses that don’t employ labour unions. Labour unions operate like organized crime syndicates that use the force of government to extort people and entities that won’t give in to their labor union demands.
Democratic socialists prefer centralized control of everything, the Democratic socialists want their preferred special interest group to dictate the wages the private sector is forced to pay.
Regardless of the job title, the Democratic socialists want to force private sector businesses to pay their employees $15 per hour. The moderate Democrats, lean more towards being Corporatists than they do Democratic socialists. Being a Democratic socialist removes the importance of the competitive market component that fuels private industry.
Although most American Democratic socialists believe that it was because Hugo Chavez was a dictator that led to the fall of Venezuela, the truth of the matter is that it was Hugo Chavez’s democratic socialists’ policies that destroyed Venezuela.
China is a communist nation, run by a dictator, but even the Chinese Communist Party has Free Market zones which are free of big government edicts. The economic strength of China revolves around their free-market zones, in America, the reason why the Republican-led States tend to do better economically than the Democrat-led States is that the Republican-led States are more similar to China’s Free Market zones than the Democrat-led States which in many ways currently mirror Venezuela’s Democratic Socialism model.
Now, make no mistake about it, on the State Level a lot of Democrat-led States have already embraced democratic socialism, each State has the right to embrace certain ideologies, but on the Federal Government level, Democratic Socialism is political over-reach and the moderate Democrats understand this.

In time will the Democratic Socialists in America, win the war of ideas? That’s anyone’s best guess, but currently, the Democrat Party establishment is warding off, the Bernie Sanders-led Democratic socialists. Hilary Clinton, as a reminder did say that nobody in Washington likes Bernie Sanders, I remind the reader that Bernie Sanders couldn’t even get a $15 minimum wage passed in the state of Vermont and Bernie Sanders has been in office for decades.
Since Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez became a U.S. Representative in New York’s 14th congressional district, crime has actually increased, in fact, if you simply look at the results of the group of six Democratic members of the U.S. House of Representatives known as the Squad, each of their districts have gotten progressively worse economically since they’ve become the leader of those districts.
In some of these districts, in fact, some of the images taken, do look like Venezuela’s darkest days. When you look at the numbers, if you believe the voting numbers it was actually white men who helped Joe Biden to become President of the United States, so it’s unclear if Democratic Socialism is even popular in the Democrat Party. At least for now, it appears to be an uphill battle for the ‘fight for $15 crowd’.
