We know that “bring the troops home” is too much for America’s foreign policy establishment. But if they can’t handle that, a good first step would be to at least “bring the troops home” to the western hemisphere and the Americas. A new Monroe doctrine would be a less bad foreign policy paradigm than what we have now. Recorded on December 28, 2022.
