Doug Ford Fights For Ontario, While Left Wing Judges & Politicians Destroy It: Ontario Court of Appeal Sides With Labour Unions, claims Ontario Tax Payers Owe Public Sector Workers $6 Billion – March 15, 2024
Government doesn’t work for free, is something I like to remind the reader, and for many of us Unionized Public Sector workers should be abolished. Public servants are paid via tax collection, and governments are forced into debt.
When outsiders bash Doug Ford for some of his tyrannical positions, I have to remind them that Ontarians have been voting for far-left policies for decades now, so much so that our courts are flooded with far-left ACTIVIST judges.
In certain instances, it’s pretty obvious to those of us who know the problem why Doug Ford takes certain positions on certain issues, in politics like it or not you have to pick your battles.
During the Covid-19 outbreak, even the Conservative government of Alberta took tyrannical positions, the difference with Ontario, as proven with the hiring of Far Left Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow, if there’s nota popular Conservative candidate, Ontario gets stuck with a tyrannical Leftist politician, who will continue to bankrupt the province.
You also have to factor in that in Toronto, for example, their mayor has gone as far as to allow her police force to tell residents to simply allow car thieves to take their cars because people on the far left vote for SOFT ON CRIME policing.
This soft-on crime, drugs, and far-left-wing political ideals travel all the way to the court system in Ontario, and fighting court battles is expensive. Now, obviously, $6 billion was worth the fight for Doug Ford, but this is where you better comprehend why, in his position, he has to pick his battles.
With that said, the public sector labor unions won $6 billion, which is a loss for the Ontario taxpayer, especially now that interest rates are at 5%+. Obviously, Ontario is going to have to go into debt to pay this money, and this could also signal layoffs.
People forget that interest rates are higher now, it’s not as easy for governments to borrow money as they once did, and Justin Trudeau, who is the root cause of inflation to date, is REFUSING to back down on his carbon tax hike, which is fueling inflation.
So, if you put yourself in Doug Ford’s position, what would you do? In the past, what tends to happen with Conservatives who fight for Ontario is that they’re pressured to step down, and then a Far Left candidate replaces them and accelerates the spending problems.
Personally, I believe that Doug Ford has been the best Premier in my lifetime. Not a perfect man, but if as Ontarians we own up to what we’ve allowed to happen to our Province, you’d have to conclude that Doug has the best and attempting to clean up the problem.
Most Conservative candidates in Ontario are too prideful to spread the message of liberty under hostile conditions; they’ll make up excuses when the far-left media attacks them. In the real world, it’s about getting things done, and seeing things for what they are, Doug Ford is NOT the Prime minister and with the carbon tax, the Prime Minister is making Ford’s job a lot more tougher.
All of that carbon tax money goes to the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, and it’s money that can’t be spent in the Ontario economy, meaning that Ford has to generate revenue via other means, and while he’s been able to do this by shrinking government, the swamp creatures of the government have managed to balloon spending by $6+ Billion dollars via our far-left activist judges in Ontario.
Interesting times ahead!
