Eharmony Refund

Maybe it’s an issue of saving costs are something but what irritates me about about eHarmony is how hard it is to get a refund or contact them by phone. When i signed up it didn’t give the option to cancel my membership. I review these dating sites all the time and I was quite annoyed at the fact eHarmony did not have the cancel option available in the members area.

I can never understand these companies if you want a returning customer but things in convenient positions on your website. If people are not finding success with your website why would you want them as a member. Now when i write reviews of anything I write it from my perspective. You may or ma not agree with me but hey it’s my opinion. This is dumb problem that eHarmony has and i think they need to address it or explain to users why this feature is not located somewhere convenient I had to do a search in yahoo to find eharmony’s telephone number. Terrible.
