Asking is email marketing effective to me shows me that you might have email marketing confused. Most people use email marketing as a way just to make money or promote things they’re selling. If you’re one of those people that only use email marketing to sell make sure that you target your users effectively. If you’re looking to get people just to buy your products using email marketing my personal advice is to personally build your own list or hire a reliable trust worthy company that can get you fresh and extremely targeted leads.

I know allot of internet and email marketers that bombard their subscribers with offers and make allot of money and I also know email marketers that bombard their subscribers and make no money or little money. Effective email marketing consists of the type of website you own. By this I mean if your website is spamming website and you build your list from it you actually might have more success than a person who builds a website portraying the image of honest webmaster?

in simple terms effective email marketing means targeting your customer correctly. Do not try to change your subscriber if your subscriber signed up with you because your site has BMW automobiles don’t send your subscriber emails about buying house furniture, stick to BMW automobiles and anything related to it. Provide free useful information and then provide links to BMW related offers. It’s really just that simple sure your list might not have million over night but your sales rate most definitely will be above the average. On top of that you have your own target customer base which will only draw in more offers from other companies that will pay you to be seen on your newsletter. It’s really that simple people

Why most people fail at Email Marketing

I think most people fail at email marketing because they make it more complicated than it needs to be. Some of you read one size fits all tutorials and try to repeat word for word what some guru did a few years ago. The there’s people that promote products or services they have no interest in, personally I don’t how or why people do this. For those of you still not aware the internet is in its baby stages the internet is in the “gold rush stage which means most of us are still testing out strategies, that being said the internet has a worldwide audience which basically means your earning potential in any niche is limitless so why waste your time selling or promoting something you have no interest in?

If you want to have a successful and effective email marketing choose a niche that you’re really interested in and become a master at it. Once you do this look for the keywords your potential subscribers and customers are typing, and then find a way to advertise to these nice people. Once you do this create an email marketing campaign that you know your customers can appreciate. Once you reached this stage if you’re not sure what to do maybe you might want to find an email marketing consultant.
