Employees ghosting Employers – Here Today Gone tomorrow, How Big Government and Welfare Reshaped Society – October 4, 2018,

I’m writing this article based on the information I received by reading the National Post article which you can click to read below:

Here today, ghosting tomorrow – workers just disappear

Now in this article they referred to people who were working and had an abundance of offers on the table, which is normal, this stuff has been happening since the early 1900’s, where people even without welfare or government assistance simply didn’t show up for work. The question one should often ask is why is it that people without better prospects Ghost employers? They do it because money isn’t the driving force of people, the basis of a free society doesn’t revolve around money, the basis of a free society revolves around entrepreneurship, which is a form of free. Forty acres and a mule, what is it about that concept that people should think about? Self-sufficiency, that’s what. If you have land and the means to make that land wealthy you’ll do it. If creating wealth is outside of your skill set you’ll work with people who do know how to create the type of wealth you’re looking for.

Now, when the government created a thing called income tax, fiat money, minimum wages, and welfare this changed the way people viewed the world. Currently we’re in a consumer debt-fueled economy, to give you an idea of where I’m going with this, it’s a well-known fact that an Apple iPhone costs under $200USD to make, yet they’re selling Apple iPhones for $1200USD, adding to this craziness are the accessories also being sold with Apple Products that are overly priced. Now, the reason why this model works is that people are willing and have the means to go into a form of consumer debt in order to get the newest Apple iPhone, which of course allows them to maintain these higher prices.

The price to make an automobile is still around the same (adjust for inflation) back in the 1950’s that it is today, yet the cost to the consumer is 10x more, what happened? Well, what happened in North America and in Europe is that people were willing to get into debt in order to purchase a car and therefore the manufacturers eventually priced or valued their cars based on the willings of the consumer to go into debt. Now, how does this create Employees ghosting Employers? Well, there are a few reasons, one of the reasons is smart people don’t get into bad debt.

A lot of people forget that East Asians and the Jewish save a lot of money, I’ve gone to several East Asian restaurants where the owners don’t accept credit cards or they’ll incentivize their customers to pay with cash. Why I say this is simple, despite the media propaganda about lots of people being in the debt, the truth is it’s around 50/50. There’s an assumption that just because there’s a lot of people who are in debt that everyone is in debt. That’s simply not true.

I’ve said this over and over again the economic collapse that’s coming isn’t going to affect a lot of people, it’s only going to affect the people who are over-leveraged and a lot of people who are reliant on rising stock market to fund their retirement. People who are not in debt, not reliant on the government to survive will be fine. It’s the people who are overleveraged that will be in problems. This includes individuals, over-leveraged businesses and banks. These institutions will make the same plea to Donald Trump that they made to Obama when the economy crashed happen in 2008.

Now, Donald Trump has been on record saying that he will renegotiate America’s debts with their creditors. When this collapse occurs I’m curious to see what he’ll actually when he’s under pressure. Why I say this is Donald Trump’s response to banks, financial institutions and over-leveraged businesses will tell me if Ghosting Employers will continue. There are a lot of people refusing to do certain jobs, a lot of these people are refusing to do certain jobs because they have better options available to them.

These options include welfare, government subsidies and even homelessness. Even when the private sector or charities were the primary deliverers of welfare to the poor, there were people who refused to work, humans love to make excuses and humans have a right to refuse to work, the problem is should taxpayers be on the hook for these people and in what compacity? The truth is the private sector could have solved this poverty problem a long time ago especially if they were incentivized to do so. the problem with charities helping the poor is that poor individuals have a right to sue the people helping them. Poor once put into a comfortable situation often want to live a lifestyle they haven’t earned and because of Leftist politicians, these “poor” people will use the government to take from the working class and give it to the unproductive.

This arrangement is why hardworking people who show up at work are becoming more scarce. I have told this story over and over again. In the 1990’s in Canada, there were people without college diplomas, who refused to work for anything less than $20 an hour. Now, for the people who don’t know there worth on the free market, it’s had for them to understand how a person without sometimes a high school diploma could demand such an income? Well, Employees ghosting Employers is nothing new, it’s been happening since the 1900’s, incompetent employees are also nothing new, there have been incompetent people since time began.

The real changes in peoples thought process as far as the private sector is concerned is when people started unionizing. I’m not anti unions, but joining a union is a sign of weakness in the free market. If you need an entity to negotiate for you, you’re missing out on the fun part of life. Bartering is fun, selling yourself and your worth is fun when you’re talented at a particular craft and you have the discipline to show up at work on time every day and do what’s asked of you, that’s how you negotiate your wages.

Why people hate Donald Trump is because a lot of people look down at salespeople, how dare this person brag about how good he does things? Haven’t you noticed that Donald Trump’s speeches fill up arena’s? Have you ever listened to the energy is his speeches? That’s a skill, his presence has a value to it, if you go to most unionized factories what you might notice is that most of the employees are miserable, or have very negative or pessimistic attitudes, it’s because they don’t have to be nice, they don’t have to even compete because they’re protected by their unions.

This means that even if I had an upbeat attitude, the people with downbeat attitudes have the same negotiating powers as I do, therefore there’s no benefit for me to push back against them because there won’t be any chance of me getting ahead in the company. Most Union jobs are tenured, meaning that the people there the longest reap the rewards, the people there the longest are usually there the longest because they’re protected by the union, not because they’re the best qualified for the job.

In a free market, you want to make the best use of your time, you also want to build assets, in the past money was backed by Gold, so when you earned a paycheck, you were earning Gods money that could be bartered anywhere around the world. Now, with our fiat monetary system, you’re earning Government money, which means it would be in your best interests to purchase an asset or assets with your paychecks. The people who purchase assets with their paychecks typically wind up having more options available to them in a free market. It may even hurt some business owners to know that a lot of employees can see right their bosses, a lot of skills in demand employees can see if their employers business model is going anywhere.

So if the employee can see that their employers business model is a crappy one, the employee will already be looking past the employer once they get hired. As a former employee myself, I went to a job so I could buy assets, I got fired once and that experience was the best moment in my life because it let me know that I could be fired again so I better start looking after my own affairs. In a free society, we are not slaves, employees shouldn’t be slaves to their employers and taxpayers shouldn’t be slaves to their governments.

The people that figure this stuff out first understand that in life there are only trade offs, so if you’re smart you will trade up. Employees Ghosting Employers will happen forever, so if you find a great employee pay them well, also I advise all my readers to reject the welfare state.

Interesting times ahead.
