U.S Entrepreneurs Will Fuel The Coming Economic Collapse – October 9, 2018

As a Canadian that communicates with a lot of Americans, there’s one thing I know about Americans that separate them from everybody else. It’s their entrepreneurial spirits, Americans, in general, don’t visualize risks the same way as Canadians do. Americans know and understand that life is short and you better make the best of it while you have. Because a lot of Americans are homeschooled or go to private schools, a lot of Americans understand the free market, they understand capitalism, they understand what big government is, they also have a better comprehension of true freedom represents.

Canadians, as well as other nations around the world based on my assessment, don’t have the same deep-rooted belief that Americans have that Individual Freedoms and Liberties are important to the human spirit and soul. What I’ve also come to the realization is that it takes most Americans to travel outside of America to realize how truly patriotic they are. Freedom is entrepreneurialism. Given the option most Chinese Millionaires will leave China the first chance they get, the reason for this is have a lot of money under an oppressive big government regime is rather useless and depressing.

I should point out that American’s entrepreneurial spirit exists in other countries, however, the cultures of these other free countries is a lot different. Conflict, debates working under stress and pressure is something Americans do very well, furthermore, it’s hard to force your cultural beliefs on Americans. When Americans decide not to be nice anymore, there’s nothing you can do about it. In Canada, as an example, we’re taught to be Nice under almost any circumstance and because we have 3 dominant Left-leaning political parties of 2018, we’re often unable to get to the heart of problems as our Left-leaning politicians tend to drown our freedoms of any sort with big government solutions.

In America, the views of the country swing back and forth like a pendulum for timekeeping. From Barack Obama to Donald Trump, that’s America. In Canada our pendulum switch from Stephen Harper to Justin Trudeau which in all fairness isn’t that big a swing in political philosophy. The only difference between the Conservatives and Liberals in Canada is that the Liberals grow the government while the Conservatives do a better job managing the problems created by the Liberals. So in Canada, the thought of cutting regulations is scary, when Stephen Harper dropped 1% from the GST most provinces in Canada opted for a Harmonized sales tax, the people of Canada were silent during this whole ordeal.

When Barack Obama went corporatist on America, Americans hired Donald Trump, and what’s happened to America is that their entrepreneurs are making a comeback, I don’t think people around the world understand the influence America has from an entrepreneurial standpoint on the rest of the world. Given the chance, if other governments don’t put tariffs or barriers on American made products Americans would take over your countries consumer market within a few years. If as an example American companies were allowed into Africa, African poverty would probably end in about 20 years, if American companies were allowed free reign in China, the Chinese dictatorship would fall within a few years, If American companies were allowed free reign in Europe, European companies would have to actually compete.

The main reason the American economy has any problems economically comes from regulations within America and what most American entrepreneurs do to go around those laws is they’ll go to countries who are more friendly to capitalism. People forget about America’s fast food industry, the American food industry will reshape your culture if it’s allowed too. American manufacturing and engineering will reshape how other countries manufacture if they’re allowed too. So what ends up happening to the American economy is that there are special interest groups that are formed to make life harder for American entrepreneurs.

Now, because a lot of Americans are still educated via public schools with socialist teachers, there are a fair number of Americans that can not see America for the freedom it’s supposed to represent and instead sees America as a country that should be like countries in Europe and/or Canada. This, of course, has led to a debt-fueled culture worldwide. People behave differently when they’re in debt. When you’re not in debt, or what I should say is when you’re not a slave to another you will act and behave differently.

When you’re not in debt you’re harder to control, when you’re not in debt you’re in a better negotiating position. Now, one of the reasons a lot of people love debt or the concept of debt is because the concept of getting something for nothing is very appealing to a person with a poor mind. A poor mind happens when people don’t understand bartering or the free market. If you don’t like the free market, that’s one thing but not understanding the free market is the root cause of poverty.

I’ve met socialist, the real socialist who views revolve around the free market creating the wealth and the socialists via the government confiscating the wealth. Socialist that understand the functions of the free market are typically globalists, and despite what you think, Globalists aren’t usually rich, globalist are usually poor people trying to hit the lottery. The rich globalist appeal to the poor globalist by funding their beliefs. But I have to remind my readers that 99% of the globalists are poor people, who have been raised to be vampires.

If you know anything about bartering or the free market you know how fun it is, you know how quickly it can solve problems, you’ll learn how quickly the free market can stop wars. When people are having fun, people don’t fight, people fight when one culture wants to use force to dominate another culture. Using force is a form of hatred, using taxes to take from the productive and give to the unproductive is a form of hatred for something. Environmental regulations are a simple fix, if people find that a company is violating the environment unnecessarily, that company will be boycotted in a free market. If it comes to the people’s attention that a company is using its money to fund terrorism as an example that company would be boycotted.

People don’t need the government to boycott a company, people need options and what socialists or collectivists do is they limit your options. What makes American’s so great in this area are American’s ability to find loopholes. We live on a planet where nothing is fixed, nothing is guaranteed, every law can be bent and broken and evolution will eventually Trump any law created by a man. Now, morally breaking certain laws will have a negative effect, this is the value of Christianity because part of the Christian doctrine revolves around morality and being a good person. So being a good person and being pro-freedom equates to untold riches. So if a big government is your God eventually in freedom based society your ideology will get exposed.

What Trump has done is he’s unleashed the American beast and like I’ve been saying for years now, Trump’s policies will crash the American economy. His policies will crash the American economy because most of the worlds wealth is priced in American dollars and if interest rates keep rising, paying back American dollar-denominated debt with a currency whose basis is based on devaluing their currency to sell to the U.S consumer is going to lead to an economic meltdown.

The economy Trump is creating is forcing the rest of the world to compete economically with America. In Canada as an example, the argument made for Supply Management is that American subsidized farmers will dominate the Canadian agricultural sector. The real question a person should ask is why is this true? The reason Americans can dominate the Canadian agricultural sector is that Canadians allowed their government to lower our currency to fund our social services sector.

In Canada, our social services sector is dependent on tariffs because the business laws in our country were structure to protect Canadian big corporate industries. There is a merger in Canada with special interest groups, corporate welfare in Canada is a huge problem, unions and corporations in Canada work together to make sure small businesses have minimal competitive advantages, which is if you talk to most Canadian small businesses grow is not something they have much interest in, primarily because it’s too expensive and risky.

Because Americans are so much more entrepreneurial than Canadians are, Unions don’t have as much power or influence over the economy as they do in Canada.

In simple to understand terms, the Canadian loonie is artificially low for corporations which in turn hasn’t allowed Canadian small businesses to purchase or develop the machinery necessary to be competitive. When your currency is higher, you can buy machines or materials required to run your business for less money. If Canada wasn’t so socialist, the truth of the matter is small agricultural businesses in Canada could have bought the machinery necessary to be competitive with America.

But they can’t because our economy is structured to benefit the established big companies in Canada and go against this could your small business everything. A lot of Canadians don’t understand what government subsidies are, they don’t understand that big Canadian corporations don’t have to pay the same costs out of pocket costs as small businesses. Remember that even with supply management the Canadian government was in talks to help those corporate farmers in the event the U.S Canadian trade war escalated.

I’ve been saying for years now that it should cost Americans $1.25 minimum to purchase $1 Canadian dollar. Of course, this isn’t the reality now, but under Stephen Harper, they had the chance, but Stephen Harper and Stephen Poloz folded under the pressure from special interest groups.

So because Canada, as well as many other parts of the world, are so corporatist, Donald Trump is having a whole lot of fun as President of the United States. Where the fun times come crashing down for America is when other countries start to default. In case Canadians haven’t noticed most of the Canadian big banks are already out of harm’s way, however what’s in serious trouble in Canada is the Canadian dollar. I have to be honest and say I have no idea why the Canadian dollar is so high right now, interest rates in Canada are extremely low, we have no Gold reserves and Trudeau’s Liberals have been growing their government while the private sector has been shrinking. Most of the provincial premiers in Canada are also Leftists or corporatists. Adding to all of this is are Canadians in debt and the rising cost of living.

Because Canada is heavily reliant on trade the value of the Canadian dollar is very important, and well with rising interest rates in the United States is going to put a lot of pressure on the Bank of Canada to raise rates. The debt-fueled fractional reserve banking economy we’re living in now, will get tested especially in Canada once those sub-prime lenders in Canada realize their numbers are out of whack. There are a lot of schedule 2 and 3 lenders in Canada that are operating on very thin derivative based margins. Mortgage rates have been rising despite the inaction of the BoC and well I advise readers to be prepared for what’s coming.

The last time U.S. unemployment was this low, something bad happened

Interesting times ahead
