Former Danish immigration minister has been sentenced to 60 days in prison for separating UNDERAGE asylum-seeking couples 🤔- December 14, 2021,
So, if I’m to be honest, the case involving Former Danish immigration minister Inger Stojberg is the exact reason why I’m against the Welfare State. Because a lot of people who move to Western or European societies, are unwilling to give up or abandon the traditions of their homeland, and it’s quite clear in this case regarding Former Danish immigration minister Inger Stojberg the message she was trying to send, unfortunately for her, she was found in violation of laws that most people under normal circumstances would disagree with.
Many of us are well of aware of child brides in certain countries, when people in these cultures migrate to Western Nations, they don’t feel like their culture was to blame for the destruction of their country, instead, they imagine it’s merely the dictator(s) that I assume rose to power without the assistance of anybody who is to blame and therefore Western nations should have to change to accommodate their cultural needs?
One of the reasons western nations have been able to flourish is that we protect children, at least we try to protect children, we don’t always get it right and this has been an evolutionary process, to say the least, but we all collectively agree that child brides are wrong, because women minds and bodies need some time to develop. Now is the perfect age 16-21, I’m not sure. But I don’t know of any western nation that allows teens under the age of 16 to be in a relationship with a grown adult.
I’m not an expert on this topic so I won’t pretend to be, you can read the story below and come to your own conclusion. It’s a weird read for me because I’m not familiar with the topic. It scrambled my brain to read it because the title was misleading, I initially thought the Former Danish immigration minister separated adult couples or maybe homosexual couples until I read the body of the article to discover the details of the case. All of a sudden I found myself sympathetic to her. consider reading it below.
