ForumLinkBuilding Scam

ForumLinkBuilding.com Scam

Wow I just bumped into this site today and well now when I see things like this I really have to at least make a post about expressing my personal opinion. I feel bad for many of you who don’t understand SEO. Because SEO although it may seem hard is really quite simple. All these backlink builder programs that have monthly fees attached to them are in my opinion a complete waste of time.

ForumLinkBuilding.com verse SEO

If you even know basic SEO you’ll understand how easy it is to get backlinks to your website. There’s a bunch of fake rumors around the internet that say if you have the most back links to your website you will be number one on the first page of whatever search engine you want.

To refute this statement the internet is littered with websites that have thousands of back links that cannot even get 500 page views per day.  Back Links are only part of the story and many of you have the wrong concept about back links. Some of you actually many of you do things back words. You work to get back links then get all these back links then an SEO expert walks right on in with his clients and bumps you right on out of the top search results.

Back linking is only part of the story relevancy is actually the key. There are many people who hate Google because they just don’t get it. We are currently in the blogging generation in terms of search engines. Information online travels at the speed of light and Google rewards those people who take care of and update their blogs accordingly.

This does not mean just having a basic website makes you obsolete but what it does mean is that if you want to get ranked with your website you might want to consider getting a Search Engine optimization specialist. A key I like to tell people who also may not be aware of this.

Pay Per Click Marketing Understand it’s Power

Pay Per Click Marketing get involved in it. If you’ve ever made a fresh website and done a pay per click marketing campaign you might notice that your website gets listed and ranked higher in search engines faster. Why is this? It’s because people are going to your website directly. Lots of people miss the point of pay per click marketing in many ways.

When you do pay per click marketing remember you are paying per click. This could mean that your ad has been seen by millions but only clicked but thousands that being said one day people are going to be interested in what you are offering which increases website traffic and also increases relevancy in the search engine because they might do a search about you. I say this and bring many of you back to Link building.

Forum Link Building Blog Link Building Who Cares???

I mean you don’t have to take my word for it but back links mean nothing if people aren’t staying on your website. If people aren’t reading the content of your site or staying on your website long back links actually make your case worse. Major search engines watch and pay attention to these things and even if you have a million back links to your website once search engines realize you don’t have what people want you get blacklisted or your PR goes down.

What caught my eye about ForumLinkBuilding.com

I went that website and saw $4000 for back links. That is CRAZY talk for that type of money you can get an expert SEO specialist that would get you where you need to be within a few months. I’m sure at the end of the day we all know its “may the best man win” but when I see some of these things online I can’t help but shake my head. It’s like something funny I saw the other day this back linking website called Linxboss.com.

It made me laugh because all it sounds like to me is basic SEO software. Let me explain something to those of you who don’t understand basic SEO. Ok If I submit my website to bunch of search engines, and directories etc. I am going to get back links. It’s just how it works you submit your site it gets picked up you get a back link duh. Anyway so I’m reading up on link boss and it says 200 back links per month per site. All I will say is do what you want with your time and money but don’t say I didn’t warn you. I’m not calling ForumLinkBuilding.com a scam I’m just giving my two cents.

ForumLinkBuilding.com is an actual scam. I paid $998 for their Gold Package plus 50% more liks which should have been close to 5,600 linkd from forums, directories and all I received was 118 links that I could actually find from all the lists they sent me. Everything looks very good, except there is nothing behind it and they never answer any of your questio ns. They just send you pre-written answers to everything. Do Not Use them unless you want to lose your money. I filed a police report and filed that with my bank and now my bank won’t reimburse me. They have decided to rip me off, too. They just keep telling me it is under investigation that should have been finished according to them on Sept.29,2010. They are just stonewalling me.BTW,it is Sovereign Bank.

Glad hear more people speaking out! Forum Link Building can work but that should be handled by the companies own social media team, or the site owner. I went in depth into a few of their campaigns and ended up battling it out with the CEO of the company…enjoy!

Forumlinkbuilding.com is not worth anything. You’ll get the number of links you paid for (you get full report so you can check), but all links are “spam link” and simply placed in un-moderated forum threads with no value whatsoever. Long story short: Don’t waste your money or time on forumlinkbuilding.com

We paid to some SEO companies. Some of them e-mailed us a list of the directories URLs that they saved in their computers. They actually did not anything. From some of they we got the refund. I really have to find a trustable SEO company actually doing what they promise.

Working with a good SEO company is a key! As tempting as it is to buy links, if you want to create a legitimate business hire SEO company and write articles and press releases.

Interesting reading,as I received an email making fantastic claims including PR9 links! But if it is forum link building and done in a spam type way, I will not sign up to this, as I have a business forum and the spammers are a real pain. These spam posts are usually written in bad english, some do say the usual of ‘great post, thank you for such great information’, the annoying thing is that they even put this when there might be a question! I will continue to check into this company and see if there is any substance.
