Fourplexes are illegal to build in most of Canada; Toronto BANNED them in 1929; Justin Trudeau KNOWS he caused the recent Housing Crisis, and now He’s Looking To Blame Doug Ford for it – April 14, 2024

As I would like to point out, housing is mostly a local government problem, and I personally don’t think the federal government should be involved in building housing. One of the main reasons housing is so problematic in Canada is that Justin Trudeau FLOODED Canada with immigrants.

Policy-wise, most LOCAL governments, based on the DEMANDS of their residents, have a lot of ZONING laws. Now, I personally disagree with a lot of these zoning laws, but the laws are what they are, and that’s why when you’re the Prime minister, you don’t just wake up in the morning and decide to swing open the doors to immigration.

Even if someone voted for Justin Trudeau, it doesn’t mean that this same voter wants to be inundated with newly arrived immigrants, causing confusion in their area.

 

 

So again, this is another reason why Justin Trudeau continues to fall in the polls because he DOESN’T get that he’s playing with people’s MONEY. By that, I mean, for a lot of people, their HOME is their largest asset, and they might be okay with people coming to Canada, but they DON’T want these new arrivals to be their NEIGHBOURS.

A lot of Canadians associate certain types of housing with poverty; when I go to the United States and see some housing, I’m disgusted. It is what it is; nothing is perfect. Local laws were created for their own reasons, and Doug Ford gave Mayors strong powers. Justin Trudeau is trying to use federal money to FORCE Doug Ford to bully mayors.

Almost all the Canadian media outlets are spinning this like Doug Ford is to blame. That’s not Doug Ford’s jurisdiction. Do you know how many court battles and arguments he will engage in if he accepts the Federal government’s money under those terms?

Again, if you’re not understanding it, there’s not a DEMAND for fourplexes in the PROPOSED areas; I’ve been saying there’s not even a demand for CONDOs in most of the areas where they build condos; the difference with condos is that there’s more money to throw around, with building condos, it’s common for people to take a buy out, whereas with a Fourplex, that would basically entail Doug Ford and the Mayors to BULLY their residents, into allowing Fourplexes to be built.

I actually think Trudeau is trying to do what Pierre Poilievre initially proposed, which was to starve local governments of federal funds if they don’t obey; well, this is exactly what I thought would happen if Pierre Poilievre did it.

Justin Trudeau has an extremely low EXECUTION IQ, which is shown because Trudeau grew up privileged; he imagines the world from the point of view of an adolescent mind. He thinks that if he throws money at problems, he fixes them, and that type of low-IQ thinking is likely the reason his wife left him.

I think Trudeau also imagines that PLAYING politics with people’s livelihoods is smart politics. To me, Trudeau is the POTHEAD Prime Minister; he only won a majority when he legalized Pot. He hasn’t been popular since.
