Go daddy Hosting Review
Why I don’t use godaddy hosting. Go daddy host to date in my 12 years online has still been the worse experience i have ever had. I purchased there “Deluxe plan” I set up my website uploaded cool got everything working made some changes had it looking crisp about to drive traffic to it via email list than BAAM. Thank god I didn’t send the messages out to my list yet. But I go check on the site and BAM Nothing there anyway I contact customer support.
first they tell me they will get back to me in a few hours, OK fine i say and then go out for a Bike ride I come back home I check my computer problem still there, OK no problem I go by the beaches PLAY a FULL Game of Basketball in which i play 4 different teams come back home check my email NOTHING. OK i says I will call them i call them they tell me oh we no ones is looking at your problem we will get someone on it immediately.
THE NEXT day i check the website and now it’s saying this domain is parked free courtesy of go daddy, Okay Now i’m mad. Now Go daddy doesn’t have live support so I contact them asking them where is my website that I uploaded. There reply your website is working fine sir you need to upload your contents. At this point i’m pi**ed of I just cancel that same day and change my Nameservers.
because of this I don’t even use them for domains. So of you might say so what. But I have some websites that take a lot of time to get setup or even times when i have to pay someone to set it up. Imagine i do this and Go Daddy pulls a stunt like this again. No Never again and what got me going is this is Go daddy one would expect a multi million dollar company like go-daddy would have these problems solved but nope. So i don use them.
in terms of Hosting there’s only one company i recommend if you want the best customer and technical customer service and that is host gator 24/7 live support you wont even look at go daddy again I guarantee it plus if you sign up at the link below and type in “WORDPRESS” you will be able to host your website for 1 cent for your first month. You can also talk to there live customer service desk for any concerns you might have. Host gator in my opinion is the best period.
