Good News from Justin Trudeau: Trudeau says CERB fraudsters will be punished – June 9, 2020,

I don’t like the current Prime minister of my country, but it warms my heart when I feel like I live in a country, that respects private property. Money is a form of private property and when that money is devalued intentionally by the government it’s the government stealing from you.

Now, I personally was against the idea of CERB, the government has this tool at its disposal called deflation, it has another tool called cutting regulations to stimulate the economy, Leftists love regulations because regulations inflate tax collection, which allows unionized public sector workers to collect money that they otherwise would not get. Well, I should say they wouldn’t get without hyper-inflation of the Canadian dollar.

That aside, Trudeau’s cabinet took a ‘Laissez-faire GOVERNMENT approach’ giving Canadians money during COVID-19, I was against it from the start because obviously it’s disrespectful to the taxpayers and it incentivized people to take what didn’t belong to them. It was Government permitted theft because if let’s say Canadian taxpayers didn’t pay their taxes in 2019, that money wouldn’t exist to be redistributed.

Well, it appears Trudeau has made a speech, saying the thieves will be punished, that warmed my heart, unfortunately, retrieving this stolen money will be very difficult as I’m sure most of the thieves will claim ignorance and there will, of course, be people and entities who represent them, which again will cost taxpayers money, because Government workers, who will basically be collection CERB officers DO NOT WORK FOR FREE! and do not function under any market.

Personally I think the private sector could have easily handled CERB, good luck to a landlord who kicks out a tenant during COVID-19, and good luck to any bank which doesn’t allow mortgage deferrals? From my vantage point, this entire situation shows the inefficiencies of big Government.

A food subsidy for people with no money was easily possible, grocery stores, if necessary would have to decrease their prices as fewer people could buy their products and people who could work should work, the government overreach with COVID-19 was ridiculous, but at the very least Trudeau said some words that warmed my heart!

interesting times ahead!
