So, if you’re like me, you weren’t born in wealth, if you’re like me you had to work your behind off to achieve financial success. People would be surprised how smart even low IQ people are when there’s a health crisis. I personally don’t put much stock in the IQ debate, because IQ only matters in my opinion when Government gets bigger , freedoms are restricted or when you’re part of the upper college-educated middle-class.

But when you’re talking about a disease or a virus that might kill you, once some people hear those words, they don’t care what the government says or does, they’re not slaves so even if the President of the United States says go back to the work, many won’t go!

The mistake I personally think Donald Trump made was giving away all that free money, I don’t even know if Andrew Yang would have been that irresponsible, but Trump did it, and American workers aren’t dumb, many of them hoarded those fiat dollars because they anticipated what would happen in the next few months and are probably looking for a better job or a better career right now.

Trump is after all the JOBS president, in a free market there’ usually an abundance of jobs, I visit America and no offense to Americans, if you can’t find a job in America, especially under the Trump administration chances are you’re being extremely picky, possibly even restricting yourself geographically.

So to nobodies surprise, people in meat plants aren’t showing up and if the meat plants didn’t give them a pay raise for the risk they’re taking, I personally don’t blame the workers for showing up. As an employee, I used to have a strategy with my employers that worked every time.

What I’d do in within the first 9 months is work very hard and learn as much as I could, hopefully making myself indispensable to the employer, then I’d let the employer know that I have another job, I’d make sure it wasn’t a secret this often led to a bidding war for services, that’s how I was able to become self-employed so quickly, I thought of myself as a private contractor and I displayed my skills, the best part was that most of my fellow employees weren’t hardworking and did just enough not to get fired, so this lead to me getting pay increases.

I tell people all the time that the Union prevented me from getting more pay raises because, within a few months of working at a unionized company with tenure, prior to me being employed full time I had surpassed many of the existing employees in pay, I did this because as a machine operator I made sure I learned how to use every single machine in that plant!

Now, currently, I’m not sure how American employees are viewing the Coronavirus and employment, but if you’re an employee what you don’t want if you’re hardworking is a union, what you should do right now is look at your employer eyeball to eyeball and explain to him/her that if they want your services, they going to have to pay you a little more.

I’m a capitalist, I don’t care how this may come across to you, but every dog has their day, the problem with a lot of employees is they’ve been brainwashed by labor unions to think that their employer who in most instances has shareholders to answer too, isn’t human, can’t be challenged, even intimidated. I love bartering, nothing tickles my fancy more than bartering with someone.

I get a rush during negotiations, I’m not entirely sure how the meat processing employees are viewing this situation, but with the silly meat processing regulations that are in place in America, I think individuals should barter for higher pay. Screw that collective nonsense, barter on your own behalf, union allow the lazy o benefit from the hardworking.

Always imagine yourself as a private contractor and do your absolute best to protect yourself and keep your options open.

The government should have never closed down the economy, I comprehend that Trump was thinking politics and how bad of a look it would give him if he kept the economy open. The media and the Democrats would have of course tried to destroy Trump for being cruel, but you see, the Democrats are still trying to destroy Trump and basically did what people would think a Democrat President would have done.

When people fear for their lives they’re not showing up to work, humans aren’t stupid, most humans will look at the situation for what it is and they’ll measure the risk! I have family members that refuse to go outside without a mask, me on the other hand, I don’t care, I’m not worried about COVID-19, with that said I respect the rights of others so I give everyone their space.

I speak favorably about Black America because look how quickly black America made a mockery of COVID-19 and there was nothing the Republicans or the Democrats could do about it! That’s freedom, government or the fear of government is a myth, what is really happening with COVID-19 is the fear of litigation!
