New Green Party Leader Annamie Paul Off to a Terrible Start: Universal pharmacare, Long-term care reform and a Guaranteed Livable Income along with expensive Green Energy? – October 5, 2020,
As per usual with these Green Party people, they’re really socialist using the environment as an excuse. New Green Party Leader Annamie Paul makes it clear that the economy will take a back seat to Marxism and then, well you know after all Canadians are comfortable with Guaranteed Livable Income, then we’ll get around to correcting this environmental problem.
If the world is going to end without swift environmental action, the last thing you want to do is give people a guaranteed livable income which essentially rewards people for doing nothing! Why become an engineer and fix the environment when I can sit home do nothing and be paid a guaranteed livable wage?
Currently in Canada once people get on Welfare it’s often very hard to get them off, I still don’t know why Welfare, as it exists now, isn’t a guaranteed livable wage, some people on Welfare, live in government or subsidized housing and have universal health, have access to public schools, public servants, public services, donated food etc. How are the welfare programs we have now, not Universal Guaranteed Income? Oh, I get it, the welfare we have now isn’t enough to give everyone that 3 bedroom luxury condo?
In the article, I point to, New Green Party Leader Annamie Paul takes a hard turn Left when you read the following:
Paul urged Canadians to support candidates with diverse backgrounds and encouraged people from underrepresented groups to consider a life in politics.
So, here we are now, a period in Canadian history in which your diverse background qualifies you for politics as if life as a Politician is supposed to make you more important than everyone else. The cupboards are bare and the Left-Wingers in this country don’t appear to understand the economic disasters heading our way!
Anyway, I can already anticipate where the Green Party is heading, Canadian Politics is about to get even uglier, more swampish, and even more Marxist! New Green party leader Annamie Paul is an activist and a Lawyer. I would hope that her being a Lawyer would have given her some exposure to a market economy, but I wouldn’t bank on it. She seems more activist than Lawyer, which in my opinion equates to her having a hard time equating the importance of a robust economy to her Progressive-Socialist-Green agenda.
Interesting times ahead!
