So I used to read and listen to the claims of Black Americans about systematic white supremacy and the U.S legal structure being used against them. for the most part, I THOUGHT their claims were over-exaggerated, and then there was Bill Cosby, who from a U.S legal perspective shouldn’t have been jailed in the first place.

Now, first and foremost what I had heard is that Cosby was supposed to serve 3-10 years and this happened around September 2018, well it’s 2021 now and I can’t imagine Bill Cosby wouldn’t have gotten out early on good behavior anyway, but that’s beside the point, Bill Cosby was jailed because of “Woke” culture which at the time was labeled #MeToo.

Now, from a legal standpoint, Bill Cosby was jailed in a similar manner as Derek Chauvin, it was a mob conviction, there was no clear cut evidence that Bill Cosby did this crime, but the media did such a great job making Bill Cosby appear to be this monster, that the courts to avoid scrutiny jailed Bill Cosby.

There’s a due process in America, I get it, some people would prefer kangaroo courts but the then newly appointed Judge Steven O’Neill convicted Bill Cosby and stated in court that Cosby will be classified as a “sexually violent predator,” why is this important because a lot of people ignore the evidence former District attorney Bruce Castor brought forth which wasn’t enough to convict Cosby in 2005.

Now, when you circle back to Judge Steven O’Neill and his use of the following words: “sexually violent predator,” when even during the deposition, Bill Cosby NEVER claimed to have been violent with Andrea Constand. Yet the then newly appointed judge for personal and political reasons felt he should simply label Cosby violent in order to satisfy the bloodthirsty mob.

In closing, unless America is going to dissolve in lawlessness this case had to be overturned. Furthermore, I suspect in the future the Derek Chauvin case is going to be overturned because no matter how bad the knee to the neck looks, it was at the time part of the Minneapolis Police Departments’ training.

We all know everyone is trying to avoid riots, but this is the problem when the media is one-sided. The Cosby case is open and shut, but you see the Mainstream media was making a lot of money off these stories, if people haven’t been paying attention since Biden became President the Media has been struggling, why? no, it’s not because of Trump is gone, it’s because the media is BIASED!

So what does this post have to do with Phylicia Rashad apologizing? Well because she knew the truth and like many black Americans she wanted to know that the American justice system still worked. Her problem now is she works for Howard University and well umm, you know “Wokeness”… historically Black university… socialist brainwashing…

I’m pretty sure initially in her mind she assumed “Finally some justice for Black men”, but socialism hates black empowerment the Democrat Party has always been anti-black-power it’s just that a lot of Black Americans are on the socialist payroll.

I wish Phylicia Rashad nothing but the best, I’m not defending Bill Cosby, but the law is the law and the law is structured so that mobs can’t convict people, America is a republic, I hope Howard University DOES NOT fire Phylicia Rashad, they need to show some leadership and at the very least use the Bill Cosby case as a way to teach students about the LAW.

The media is bought and paid for, we all are living in a unique period in history in which we can do independent research. Do not assume that media has recently become evil, the media has always been beholden to their financial interests, the difference is now everyone has the ability to do their own research, do not expect any mainstream media news outlet to change, most media outlets get paid by SELLING you a narrative that will make you a slave to their information.

I provided links in this post because if you read all the articles above they intentional omit information, they all knew this all along, and even if you believe that Cosby is a dirtbag, the mere fact that the media could put an innocent person in jail should frighten you, because this is how Hitler was able to round up and kill the Jews! Imagine if the media was openly encouraging black people to destroy themselves and their communities, but because they trusted the media, they convinced themselves that this could never happen!
