for me i love the Mp3’s i listen to some of them in my car actually i had a soking problem i had been smoking since i was 13 so i was smoking for 22 years and finally quit nothing was working i tried patches and whats worse everyone at my workplace smokes i’m in the sheet metal industry so i yea i tried everything nothing worked. The Hypnosis audio helped me calm down because i was anxious all the time and I was rushing everything which now that i look back was causing me to smoke.

Plus i had so many bills and whats worse is that i had bils that i didnt need i signed so many contracts that had me in debt and i can seriously say i was just a s big sucker I felt like evryones fool and on top of that I felt like everyones tool. Through this Hypnosis as well as strength i found within myself i was able to stop smoking and right now i’ve started to eliminate some of my bills and don’t buy so much junk food anymore.

Alot of this has to do with me making up my and saying you know what i deserve better than this but i must say that listening to the audio’s helped me also because i was listening to them everyday on my way to work and also before i went to sleep. I listened enough until i knew what the person would say next I have it memorized where as if i listened to a few audio’s i know most of it.

I dont think theres any other copany offering this type of service i mean they have “thesecret” but there stuff is all overpriced which is the main reason I tried Instant Hypnosis in the first place. My review it’s a great product, great products but also you need to make the commitment to yourself.
