The U.S military, as well as the U.S Federal Reserve as it stands now, are in-demand U.S public services that are wanted all over the world. America’s current position in the world revolves around their INTELLIGENCE agencies and it’s a fragile relationship that could easily land America in foreign entanglements if the wrong people are put into positions of power.

Even if you hate Donald Trump, for whatever reason, there were no wars in the last 4 years, in fact, ISIS which was a common talking point under Barack Obama isn’t even talked about anymore. The main reason for this had a lot to do with Donald Trumps’ picks for Top Tier Jobs.

Most people imagine Trump to be lucky because he got a $1 million dollar loan to create his real estate empire, but the reality of the situation is that most rich kids squander their family fortune or in the case of Canada’s Prime minister Justin Trudeau their family fortune is left to a Trust company because the parents believed the child was too stupid to preserve or grow the family fortune.

In order to grow a company you need to be smart enough to hire competent people at top tier jobs and this appears to be the secret recipe to Trump’s success in fact in his reality show The Apprentice, that’s what Trump did, he hired the best and brightest, which is why the show lasted for 10 seasons, the show dissolved after Trump ran for president.

Oddly enough Former Republican Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger’s stint on the reality show ‘The Apprentice’ was just as unsuccessful as his run as the Governor of California. I say this because if Joe Biden is pressured into filling top-tier positions with unworthy candidates, don’t be surprised if bad things start to happen.

Humans aren’t interchangeable, you can’t simply replace Lebron James with another human who is 6ft8 250pounds, Lebron James is a special talent and you can’t expect to throw any tall person into a basketball game and proclaim them to be just as qualified as Lebron James when their resume shows that they’re clearly not.

Based on my research a lot of people on Joe Biden’s staff are corrupt, but so were a lot of people in the Trump administration, so that’s nothing new, what will be new is making humans interchangeable in top-tier positions. Meeting a diversity quota is extremely problematic under pressure situations as the unqualified candidate might inadvertently put America into a war!
