Javier Milei’s remarks to the World Economic Forum 2024 (January 17, 2024)

Full credit due to Rebel News. My favorite politician by a landslide, Javier Milei, instead of cowering in fear,  attended the World Economic Forum and spoke his truth

One of the problems I have with short-sighted individuals, many of whom identify as Conservatives or Libertarians, is that they imagine that attending the WEF makes you a bad person, to me, this typically equates to a person who fails to comprehend Austrian Economics.

The beauty and simplicity of Austrian economics is that the Liberty and freedom aspects of Capitalism allow you to measure a person based on their words and ACTIONS.

Collectivist minds and collectivist thinkers are often conspiratorial primarily because deep down inside, they imagine a BENEVOLENT entity or organization that should be taking care of us instead of taking PERSONAL responsibility for our liberties and freedoms.

Censorship wins when you turn down invitations from entities that might be hostile to your ideas. I’m not a Trump supporter, but I comprehend why he’s loved so much; he takes on challenges and isn’t afraid to take UNPOPULAR positions. Trump also SHOWS UP, and defends himself in situations in which others cower in fear.

In Canada, you get a lot of closet Libertarians looking for a reason NOT to support Maxime Bernier, for example, and one of the reasons is that Maxime Bernier, I think, 10 years ago, either attended or was part of the WEF, as if that equates to his political career being over.

Maxime Bernier can’t lead a political party because he’s been tainted by the WEF? Clearly, people who think like this are waiting on an imaginary PERFECT politician to lead them, which is utterly ridiculous and shows you that a lot of supposed liberty lovers are NOT serious.

Austrian economics is not complicated; however, it melts away the notion that BIG GOVERNMENT knows best, and that terrifies people, because deep down a lot of people want to believe in a benevolent government, to those of you I say, there is NO quick fix, or easy solution, we all COOPERATIVELY have to work hard to preserve Western civilization.

We can’t work cooperatively when there’s a BIG GOVERNMENT, because Big government, just like democracy or even popular opinion, seeks to censor, regulate, and restrict human beings so that the BIG GOVERNMENT can steer humanity in whatever manner it deems fit. Big government is indeed the equivalent of never leaving the nest in order to learn how to fly.

If you know anything about birds leaving the nest to fly, not all of them make it, some die, get eaten, and natural or man-made disasters can happen, this is life, nothing is guaranteed, a volcano can erupt and wipe out civilization, an asteroid can hit the earth wiping out civilization, anything can happen, and that’s why humans shouldn’t be CENSORED, because censorship can stunt the growth of our entire species,

Even lies are good because debunking lies allows us to get smarter, and cures us of the NAIVETY disease. Long live freedom dammit! Why I posted this video instead of simply using the Youtube link? Because Rebel News is often censored.
