Justin Trudeau says Canada continues to be clear and strong with the kingdom of Saudi Arabia about defending human rights. – October 12, 2018,
Part of being a true Liberal is defending the separation of Church and State. This is what Canadians voted for when they used to vote Liberal, prior to the Conservative explosion that’s now taken over the world, back when Liberals didn’t join hands with the globalist to grow the government in a manner that’s eerily similar to a Theocratic regime, Liberals use to be pro-freedom. Well, what happened? When did the Populous voice become the dominant voice? It happened when central and left-leaning politicans took the corporatist approach. Canada has a corporate welfare problem, which unfortunately has made us an immoral society.
We’re no longer in the position to condemn other nations for what they should be doing, instead, we need to get our own house in order so we can influence change. A politician trying to speak change into existence has ever worked, what has worked is free market capitalism. What’s forced countries like Dubai to change how they govern themselves are the competitive qualities of the western world, our entertainment, our freedoms, our Liberated women, or foods, our open culture, this is what’s forced Muslim countries to want to consider changing their behavior.
When a politician from a privileged country like Canada, tells Saudi Arabia that it needs to change its behavior to better suit Canadian western values, well, in my opinion, we’re asking for trouble. If Canada really wants to fix the Saudi problem we’d fix our Alberta oil problem and make sure our dollar is strong and our Oil market is competitive. Unfortunately, this is not how modern-day Liberals view the world, I keep telling Canadians as good as our life is now it should be 10 times better, which would put more of us in a position to make the world say what’s going on in Canada, why is their currency so strong, why is their cost of living so low, why are the women in Canada so Liberated without government assistance.
This is where Canada should be, which would put us in a much better-negotiating position in regards to getting the world to boycott Saudi Oil. Big government is what’s preventing boycotting, the world is in a place now where Saudi Oil isn’t even necessary, it’s only necessary because Western Governments have gotten in the way of human progress. renewable energies should be competitive right now, the reason renewable energies aren’t competitive is that green energy activists are suppressing supply and using the government to prevent innovations from being brought forward.
Nuclear energy does not pollute the air, and nuclear power plants, don’t need to be as big as they are now. Nuclear power plants in all regions of the world are big because of government regulations. Small nuclear plants are actually a lot safer and easier to manage than are the big nuclear power plants. the reason why nuclear power plants are so big is that of government involvement, in order to justify the costs, the nuclear power plant has to be larger. Natural gas another power source that’s not dirty but heavily regulated, propane has been around for years and of course all the other clean energy sources, the earth has them in abundance and if used the oil market has changed, people forget about the other uses of oil, when oil isn’t burnt its usages change entirely, which is what would happen if the western world wasn’t so overly regulated.
We need to change regulation with education, education about how the economy works changes people’s perception of each other. If people can be focused on not only making their standard of living better but also making the world a better place, the need for war diminishes which allows the productive members of society to focus on the economic root causes of war. What causes war are limitations. Humans hate to be oppressed or limited to how they behave. As long as one human isn’t violating the rights of another human the need for war diminishes.
if there’s a society where women are treated as second-class citizens there should be a blockade on that country and any country that does business with them. Why this can’t be is corporatism, a lot of corporations that our government’s fund is reliant on the resources from these countries. This happens because we’re using the government to raise our standard of living and the government is using private businesses who in turn have to get resources from the lowest priced supplier. If there was no barter and there were only bilateral trade agreements, this nonsense that we put up with wouldn’t exist.
The world knows that a lot of countries are in violation of human rights, but there’s this myth that certain resources can only come from particular nations, this simply isn’t true, this is only true because of government involvement domestically. I’ve said this plenty of times tariffs and bilateral trade deals are an excellent way to minimize problems with nations who are not aligned with your ideals. What good is oil if nobody wants to buy it?
Trudeau is doing what he thinks is right, I disagree with the government of Canada’s methods, I disagree with Justin Trudeau’s cabinets approach, I think Saudi Arabia is slowly making changes to how it governs itself but based on how the world is today, it will take some time, because there is no incentive for Saudi Arabia to change it’s ways because customers are buying their oil anyway.
Interesting times ahead
