In the European Union, the broke countries like Italy and Spain are pretty much begging Germany to allow them to print money, Germany who pays most of the bills is obviously saying no because a lot of Germans eventually want to be able to retire off of their fiat dollars.

All it takes is for a people to say what’s going on here and your inflation could run rampant in a country dependent on imports. When you have a fiat monetary system nothing is more important than productivity, investors will excuse all sorts of ridiculous socialist laws if the Government creates an economic environment that allows market forces to create profits.

Unfortunately for Justin Trudeau, he doesn’t pay attention to the cost of doing business and therefore he and his cabinet assume that throwing money at problems solves the problems. Justin Trudeau has been throwing money at all sorts of problems and yes, temporarily as it should, it solves the problem, the problem is the long term cost.

In America, everyone know America is bankrupt and will probably never pay back it’s debts without defaulting, but you see in different pockets of the United States particular States have different economic laws, which ultimately fuels foreign investment, in Canada, we have equalization payments, which means a Canada province is disincentivized from being efficient.

Being an efficiently run province in Canada will make the Federal government confiscate the wealth of your province and give your wealth to a province that is inefficiently run. This is why Feds agreement to pay provinces to pay their ‘essential ‘workers more money is going to be very costly! The essential workers won’t be making a market pay they’ll be paid a wage the government deems appropriate!

Keep in mind, fewer taxes are being collected, Canadians are being paid to be unproductive, supply chains are broken and Canada has a lot of costly regulations already enforced that will make restarting the Canadian economy very difficult to do!
