#LateStageSocialism: Consumer Price Inflation Equates To Economic DEFLATION, Europe known for REGRESSIVE Taxation which targets the POOR, sees economy SHRINK – August 23, 2023

So, we’re in one of the dumbest periods in modern human history, at least when the Roman Empire fell; it was due in large part to the IGNORANCE of the masses; illiteracy, for the most part, in the modern era is a CHOICE, where as back then having access to paper to and ink was a privilege afforded to only the elites..

Although there are a lot of flaws in democracy, one of the benefits is supposed to be the ability to DEBATE ideas; well, the Political Left-Wing progressives decided to go to war with debating and have DECLARED that man-made climate change has to be defeated by allowing the government to pick winners and losers in the economy.

As many COMMONSENSE economists predicted, this has led to economic DELFATION. Where I differ from most writers is that I will break down why higher prices equate to recession or economic deflation. I had to create the term “Late Stage Socialism” because, in case you haven’t been paying attention, the far left has declared war on the DEFINITION of words.

The Joe Biden administration recently redefined recession, so although all the warning signs were there that the global economy was contracting, the “data” suggests otherwise as the progressive governments have decided to commit data that doesn’t conform to their corporate welfare political agenda.

Europe has a REGRESSIVE TAXATION model; whether it’s tariffs or price gouging consumers for local, state, and federal taxes, Europeans know how to PUNISH their citizens for CONSUMPTION.

So, even during the best of times, European economies were STRUGGLING to stay afloat, as consumers don’t like being punished for consumption, so they consume less, and when consumers consume less, producers PRODUCE less.

If you know anything about buying in bulk, the smaller your bulk purchase, the higher the price. Because if I’m getting fewer orders as an employer, I’ll have to either law off staff or change my business to adjust to changes in the market.

Fewer vendors or manufacturers in a particular sector equates to less competition; less competition also fuels higher prices, so you see how all of this feeds on itself, and the worst part of this is that consumer behavior will change to reflect this reality.

Now, this is the model Bernie Sanders wants to bring to America, and this is why I argue that what keeps the American dollar king is that in comparison to other nations, the U.S. used to reject regressive taxation.

There are I think 5 U.S. States with no Sales tax, Alaska and New Hampshire for example, have no income tax and no sales tax; this gives you a glimpse into the higher intelligence that exists in the United States that you don’t find in other parts of the world. In Europe, having no income or sales tax might be considered inhumane.

But I like to remind people that FISCAL policy is one of the reasons why the U.S. dollar reigns supreme. The main problem in the U.S. is actually the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, which is the main contributor to consumer price inflation.

Now, sure, there are Progressive U.S. states trying to mirror European economic polices, but as you’re seeing now, as the economy DEFLATES, more Americans are fleeing Progressive-Democrat run States. However, with the exception of Switzerland, most European nations have very large overbearing FEDERAL governments, seeking ways to PUNISH consumption, and now that Joe Biden is wreaking havoc in the U.S., the European economic model is being exposed for the disaster that it is.

In my eyes, I see austerity measures as inevitable at this point, but before we get to austerity, I do expect a detour because there are a lot of VOTERS heavily dependent on BIG GOVERNMENT for their survival; it’s not in error that as more people retire, and dependence on government services grow that more people are voting for a much larger WELFARE STATE.

I remind the reader that a lot of retirees and voters are WOMEN, who I imagine will NOT vote to have their welfare benefits cut, so even if a conservative government forms power, expect that conservative government to be a minority or feel the wrath of the female voters.
