What does LBM mean in texting?

This term is used more commonly than most people think however it’s more commonly used for people that probably have been friends for a long period of time. This term can also refer to a joke depending on who you’re talking to and what you’re talking about.

LBM = Lower Bowel Movements

While chatting or sending a text LBM I would think would be used in manner like this “Hey u gimmie a sec LBM you know what I’m saying” or if someone is trying to make a joke or a point they might say to someone in a text message “Remember that guy we met at the club? well his breathe smells like LBM”. It’s a commonly used term however it’s understandable if you’re looking it up because LBM can mean different things like I’ve heard people say “Little Big Man”. But generally, people use it to say lower bowel movements.
