Yesterday to my astonishment CERB was trending on Twitter and I couldn’t understand why, well I found out that there was a glitch in CERB payments, and all the Canadians dependent on CERB were annoyed that they weren’t being paid fast enough.

I didn’t realize that yesterday was September 2, 2020, and yes I guess if there is weekly or monthly checks or direct deposit payments, Wednesday is usually the day when the money reaches a person’s account. Excuse me I’m a bit clueless about the distribution of CERB payments, but what I do know is about is direct deposit, so I’m when I read most of the comments related to CERB it came to my attention, that there are a lot of people with some interesting theories of why they should be entitled to CERB forever.

Well, this is the problem with giving away what appears to be free money, the average Canadian doesn’t understand ow the value of money correlates to productivity and tax collection and therefore they imagine that we’ve found this secret hidden money tree that will send us money in the mail for doing nothing into perpetuity.

With that said, clearly the Liberals are looking for money from anywhere they can find it and it appears Western Canada is under attack again. Equalization payments let’s be honest is a price solvent Canadian provinces pay for being fiscally responsible.

I’m not sure how long it will take for the WEXIT party to be something that politicians need to take seriously, but it appears the Liberals are pushing their luck!
