I really, really, really, really hope Prime Minister Justin Trudeau doesn’t make the idiotic mistake Stephen Harper, Jean Chretien, Brian Mulroney his father, Pierre Trudeau did which was to force Canada Post workers back to a job that according to CUPW is unbearable. CUPW has demands for its workers and apparently, that’s what the workers want, so let them work out something. I have an idea that could possibly secure Justin Trudeau is very competitive in the upcoming election even amongst Canada Post workers. Privatize Canada Post.

Prime minister Trudeau, make your life easier stick to your guns, let this strike continue, make a simple message to the Public Labor Union known as CUPW as well as Canada Post employees that if CUPW and Canada Post can’t reach a deal the Liberal Government is thinking about Privatizing certain sections of Canada Post. Problem solved! Mr. Prime Minister Sir, think about your legacy, don’t be like your father and Stephen Harper and all those before you. Be smart, make a simple speech consult with the experts carve out your own legacy, turn Canada Post into a niche instead of the powerful Crown Corporation that tried to ruin your dad.

Think about the upcoming election, one way to get a lot of votes would be if you privatized Canada Post, think about it, some simple legislation, don’t go back on your word, you believe in allowing people to strike you said it yourself, sir, but this doesn’t mean that you should remain docile either. Strike a little fear into both CUPW and Canada Post, show your manliness, your economic savvy, save yourself, the ridicule of appearing to be a hypocrite.
