Montreal should include turbans and hijabs in police uniforms

Hi, this is in response to this well written article by the STAR EDITORIAL BOARD found here:

Canada as a whole is in massive debt and oddly enough Quebec isn’t the major problem. If the Canadian economy collapses ummm… Well let’s just say that the Parti Québécois may gain traction. I’m sorry to minority groups who want to force their beliefs onto Canadians but Quebec might not be the best place to start. I know there’s an assumption about Canadians because for the most part we’re polite and can be a bit passive regarding certain issues because the truth is many of us are in debt and are in a compromising situation. But Quebec is different, in regards to money Quebecers we’re already using as currency what they called the “demi” which is cut-up bills, cut up Canadian currency.

Canada might look simplistic, Canadians might not appear to have any sophistication but there’s a reason why even Justin Trudeau rarely if ever makes mention of Quebec and it’s policies, Stephen Harper made little to mention of Quebec, it’s an unwritten requirement that the Prime Minister be able to speak fluent Quebecois. If particular groups in Canada think that this politeness isn’t deeply rooted well keep on poking the bear.

Quebec is still for the most part the worst place in Canada to do business, but guess what for the most part Quebecers DON’T CARE! The French and the English have history in this country and well, keep poking the bear and find out the dark side of Canadian history. I know this might look simplistic, I know people who may have immigrated to Quebec might not understand what they’re doing but if they continue on this path they’ll find out in due time that Canadians are polite but they’re not pushovers, just because a politician says it’s okay to force change, doesn’t mean that this change might not equate to unforeseen consequences.
