Ontario’s Progressive Conservative government expected to announce province-wide COVID-19 lockdown ahead of Christmas – December 21, 2020,
Although Canada’s mainstream media won’t give Conservatives a fair shake debating ideas, the reality is Doug Ford has evolved into a media darling by becoming an authoritarian. In the end, those who want to be elites by fiat will agree with anyone who helps them in this pursuit of unearned power.
Doug Ford is a real Progressive, he is a Nanny State Conservative and even though now would be the best time for Doug Ford to start at least talking about privatizing sections of Ontario health care, he’s instead taking things in the opposite direction and creating an atmosphere which would allow Christine Elliott’s vision become a reality If people forget Christine Elliott stated the following:
“There may be some restrictions placed on people that don’t have vaccines for travel purposes, to be able to go theatres and other places,” Elliott said at Queen’s Park on Tuesday. “That will be up to the individual person to decide whether they want to receive the vaccine to be able to do these things or not.”
Now, I have to tell it like it is, not even Justin Trudeau’s nut job health professionals have said anything so crazy, yet… This is all Doug Ford, Christine Elliott has become an international sensation, not just a provincial one. Now, because we call them Progressive Conservatives, what we’ve all learned via Maxime Bernier is that the Conservative Party of Canada does a lot of polling data to make their final decisions.
Now because Justin Trudeau is currently paying Canadians to sit home and do nothing and many of these Canadians are apparently building up their savings accounts, a lot of Canadians are ok with the lockdowns. This is usually how great civilizations go on steep declines. In Venezuela as an example, what happened was the Venezuelan government made it very hard to open a business, so only a handful of people did, the rest of the Venezuelan population went on welfare and depended on the State to take care of them.
Now, the thing to understand about a welfare state is that there’s a declining faze and then there’s a collapse, the collapse occurs when something unexpected happens. In Venezuela, the government in a million years never expected oil prices to collapse, but oil prices did, because socialism is deflationary, when most governments are met with deflation, they usually inflate their money supply, which in Canada’s case would equate to a higher cost of living and in Venezuela’s case resulted in hyper-inflation.
What I mean by this is that if Canadians are ever forced back to work, they’re going to feel cheated, because all of these lockdowns come at a price, the money Trudeau is giving away now will be paid for later. The lockdowns Doug Ford is introducing now will be paid for later, this is the Christmas holiday season which generates a lot of revenue for the Government, and for the record, Canada’s corona-death totals are nowhere near the State of Texas.
The death tolls in Ontario are consistent with our population growth, sure last quarter immigration levels cratered, but they were at a record highs previously, so obviously with more people, Ontario which is the place most of the immigrants moved to there would be more deaths.
Also, remember that any person found with Coronavirus is included in our death toll numbers. Elon Musk a few weeks ago did two corona-tests in the same day, one came back positive the other negative, and now people are claiming the virus is mutating, so I hope you get the idea of where the powers that be are going with this.
In the end, this is all fattening the pockets of the vaccine producers and Doug Ford simply wants to be remembered as the politician who saved the day. Although if there’s a snap election I think Erion O’Toole could pull it off, I can’t support the Conservatives moving forward. Doug Ford is ruining Christmas and I don’t see much difference between the Liberals and The Conservatives
