The first thing I’d like to point out is that it’s unlikely Larry Elder would bring a case of racism to the courts unless it was absolutely necessary, but this Donald Trump tax law in California is beyond silly, especially when you understand that the United States of America is the result of a TAX REVOLT.

“No taxation without representation,” that’s an American thing, there’s no king of America, America is a nation of laws, and this new Donald Trump law in which “candidates for California governor must publicly release tax returns for the five most recent years to qualify for the ballot.” is unAmerican. Taxation is a form of slavery, just because people have been brainwashed into believing otherwise shouldn’t allow it to be law.

My personal thoughts is that Superior Court Judge Laurie M. Earl didn’t want Larry Elder to gain any traction, because the truth of the matter is that he was being blocked because he’s a Republican and what’s interesting about what’s been happening in America Democrat Policies in 2021 are looking a lot like Democrat Policies in the Jim Crow South.

Leftists are setting up all sorts of barriers to entry to prevent what they deem as undesirables from being influential in the political arena. It’s very sad that this is happening in America, I just hope that now that people are seeing this stuff happening in real-time that they no longer make fun of people in history who did not fight back when their governments turned their backs on them. It’s not as easy as it looks from the outside, the media as an example has created this atmosphere in which free speech is muzzled.

I used to read from National Socialists who laughed at Jews for not fighting back when the Brown shirts began rounding them up. Or people who ask why the Chinese don’t fight back against their communist government, or why African and Latin nations are constantly being destroyed by stupid politicians, it’s not easy to fight back against a tyrannical government when the media creates this 1984 type atmosphere. The mere fact that Larry Elder had to fight just to get his right to participate in the California recall is absolutely disgusting, there’s no getting around it
