Political Islam (Religious Socialism) is destroying the Turkish Lira – and the Religious Communist Manifesto so far hasn’t worked – November 13, 2020,
So, after being in free fall, there are claims the Turkis Lira is rising, but those of us in the Forex market would argue that the U.S dollar is falling in the news that Joe Biden will be the next president of the United States. The Forex markets don’t consider Joe Biden or Kamala Harris to be positives for the U.S dollar and this will buy Erdoğan and the Lira some time.
People are claiming the Lira is rising, but the problem with the Turkish Lira is President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his oddball economic policies, which is making Turkey less secular and its economy more restrictive. To give you an idea of where I’m going with this, Joe Biden is probably thee dumbest man to ever be President of the United States, but in America, that’s not always such a bad thing, because America has checks and balances that don’t allow Joe Biden’s son in law to be the finance minister as an example😂.

Money hates totalitarians unless of course, you’re the Atheistic Chinese communist Party🤔 in which case for the foreseeable future communism with Chinese characteristics is working. But political Islam is bad economics, I sure as hell wouldn’t invest in an Islamic country that was anti-freedom. Turkey was on such a wonderful path until well… you know… Political Islam took over.
Socialism as an ideology is depressing enough for an economy, but when you blend socialism with Political Islam it’s a recipe for economic disaster. There are positives ahead for Erdoğan, Joe Biden is an economic idiot as will be his cabinet, which could be a positive by default for the Turkish Lira, now this doesn’t mean life won’t get more expensive in Turkish Liras for the Turkish people, but at least they can brag that the Turkish Lira went up next to the dollar.
If I were living in Turkey as long as Erdoğan was my president, saving Turkish Liras wouldn’t be in my best interest.
Interesting times ahead!
