Russia, China sign natural gas deal worth $400 billion – What does this mean?
America tried to isolate Russia with sanctions and Russia simply found a new bigger harder working partner in China and inked a deal worth $400 BILLION! The worst part of this deal is that the 400 BILLION is based on the current value of the USD. I say current because as I’ve stated the time for America to make the shift into renewable energies is NOW! Germany’s already doing it and if America doesn’t LEAD the world the USD could be in trouble.
It’s also time for America to make that Yuan rise, China has officially shown America that even though America assisted in their growth this means NOTHING to them and they’re looking out for their OWN self interests. The Chinese are manipulating their dollar and being that they’re doing business with Russia it’s time they feel American muscle and I’m not sure what kind of strategy Obama plans to implement regarding this but the first thing he should be doing is finding a way to bring those United States companies back home.
Fun, welfare times are over and jobs need to come back it’s time to slice welfare and bring jobs that are in China and other places BACK TO AMERICA. How do you do this? Well first thing I would do is demand China raise their dollar if China wants to be one of the world’s reserve currencies give it to them but the Yuan has to go up. I hear some of you disagreeing with me but the truth still remains that China makes a cheap product all their products are cheap. Bring those factories back to America the only reason they’re in China is because of the current value of the Yuan and also the favourable tax incentives for business owners over there.
China has shown it’s hand, does China want to go away from Coal of-course it does and I understand that however this is slap in the face for Americans and if they just allow China and Russia to bully them around and devalue the US dollar like this I personally worry about the outlook for America and the American way of life. There is no way around this China just slapped the U.S in the face with this deal; how will the United States respond. Don’t forget that western Europe is going to feel this most so is America looking to make more enemies or make more allies? I will be eagerly waiting to see how the United States responds to this gas deal worth $400 billion between China and Russia.
If you live in America this deal is really bad it’s disrespectful and it shows you China’s stance and how they view the United States of America. There is no way around this China is now a serious economic competitor not an ally it’s time America stop subsidizing China’s growing economy and start competing against it. This is a world economy now with winners and losers China has officially grown up with this deal and it’s time America start to compete with China. The Obama administration better get to work because this is serious play time is over!
