The website becomes an avenue for employers from United States, United Kingdom, and Australia to find suitable employees overseas. Some of the jobs listed in the website are in the areas of Data Entry, Programming, Accounting, Design, Legal Services, Telephone Support, and Personal Assisting.

Registration at Staff.com is free of charge. You only need to provide your full name, email address, and you have to nominate a password. Once you have successfully signed up in the website, you can then upload your resume. Staff.com encourages applicants to include an audio or video recording of themselves to further increase their chance of being hired.

Unlike other job listing sites, Staff.com doesn’t allow applicants to see the job postings. The only time that members can see the job posts is when an employer decides to  interview the applicant for the position. When this happens, the website will send the applicant a link to that specific job post.

Pay for the jobs posted in the website is based on the 160 hours of work in a month. It’s usually done through secure direct deposit pay checks. But if you happen to live outside the Philippines, then you have to pay $25 for each pay check to be wire transferred.
