Seriously?
Trump argues his tariffs will create jobs.
But that’s nonsense. Tariffs raise prices, and that reduces jobs. He should know this.
Last time he was president he raised tariffs on steel. That did lead American steelmakers to hire 1,000 more people. But companies that make things out of steel lost 75,000 jobs.
“This is a small business killer!” says wine importer Victor Schwartz. He and other business owners are suing Trump.
