The Dominance Of UNIONIZED Female Teachers In Ontario’s Public School System and The MASSIVE Shortage of Tradespeople – Doug Ford’s Impossible Task – April 01, 2024

Before you go on a female bashing spree, socialism starts because of you IDIOT MARXIST MEN. Women merely took advantage of what you IDIOT SOCIALIST men created.

In Ontario, as women became more dominant in the public school system, women inevitably and naturally began disincentivizing the growth of home economics and the trades-related classes.

Women exhaust resources more than men do, so for example, GROUP INSURANCE tends to be more expensive if there are more women than men because men tend not to use their group insurance, while women will MAXIMIZE their group insurance benefits.

Women also take advantage of their sick days and whatever perks they’re entitled to as employees. So, financially, this leads to the cost of education in Ontario being a lot more expensive.

Being that education is GOVERNMENT run, without financial incentive and add to the fact all the GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS and politicization that surround being a government employee, most common sense humans want nothing to do with working for the GOVERNMENT schools.

If you’re a tradesperson in 2024, you’re in HIGH DEMAND; why in the hell would you lower your pay scale and add unnecessary stress into your life, working for the government?

If people remember, what appeared to be a pedophile or predator public school teacher who wore prosthetic breasts to an Oakville ONTARIO school was actually a male teacher working in the woodshop class; once you comprehend the teacher’s shortages in the TRADES, you better comprehend why what seemed to be at least a pervert, wasn’t immediately FIRED.

THERE’S A HUGE SHORTAGE of teachers, which is ALWAYS what socialism creates. Socialism always creates SHORTAGES of people and things. You have to remember that socialism, in practice, is the POLITICIZATION of your employment.

You can’t fire “Zim” because they’re part of a protected class; this is SOCIALISM, this is CENSORSHIP, and this is how you DESTROY Western society.

Although we imagine this FAR LEFT socialist agenda only started recently, people like myself have been complaining about this stuff since the 1990s, long before so-called “Conservatives” like Jordan Peterson were forced out of the profession because the same SOCIALIST initiatives he championed finally found their way back to bite him in the ass.

So, Doug Ford, who yes is imperfect in his approach to governing, can’t CUT certain parts of the government, and because he can’t fire people, he’s stuck trying to find a way to bring MARKET FORCES back into the education system.

You have to remember that the TRADES people shortages actually revolve around LABOR UNIONS and the labour union movements of Ontario’s past that fueled all of this madness.

There’s more to the Kayla Lemieux story that most people don’t want to talk about. As an Ontario, I fully comprehend the dilemma of the Doug Ford administration; how do you fix this? How do you even communicate to a bunch of retards, who imagine what we’ve done to the education system in Ontario is “progressive.”

 

This is regressive; if you see things the way ACTUAL Conservatives like myself see things, this is beyond retarded, we don’t even know where to start, I’m for FULL BLOWN AUSTERITY, but I’m almost certain the opposite will likely happen.

Because we have a lot of idiots in Ontario who are imagining that a BIGGER government and throwing more money at this problem will fix it, this problem, Canada’s problems in general, have HYPERINFLATION written all over it.

Those of you praying and hoping the Bank of Canada lowers interest rates do not comprehend why interest rates were forced upward in the first place; Canada is BANKRUPT.

Justin Trudeau our current idiot Prime Minister attacked the last THRIVING industry Canada has, which is our ENERGY industry, the unions destroyed Ontario’s manufacturing, turning Ontario into a service sector economy, now, what people tend to forget about service sector economies is that IMPORTED goods and services require SERVICING by TRADES people, who can now DEMAND more money.

Another reminder that Canada borders with the United States, and if you’re part of the upper middle class, which most tradespeople are, PUBLIC HEALTH CARE, for example, is a DISADVANTAGE for paying higher taxes.

For the “benefit” of a lower valued Loonie and higher cost of living, as trades person in Canada, you’re basically PROPERTY of the trades unions, limiting your personal profitability.

This is a Canada-wide problem, which is why you have characters like “Kayla Lemieux” who feel comfortable enough to do what HE was doing in the first place. He knows there’s a shortage, most teachers know there’s a shortage of tradespeople, and he’s PROTECTED by the teacher’s unions.

There’s NO MARKET in public education; there are entitlements, and if you’re the least skilled teacher, you’re not going to quit your cushy job; however, if you know your value as a teacher or as a tradesperson, not only will you demand higher pay, you’ll likely AVOID the stress associated with becoming a public school teacher.

Not all public school teachers are bad, but all you need are ENOUGH bad public school teachers to create the disasters we’re witnessing in the public education sectors in Ontario.

If you’re asking me what my solution is? FULL BLOWN AUSTERTY MEASURES!

There’s not a teacher shortage; the entire public education system in Canada revolves around PROTECTIONISM; protectionism is often exploited by the WORST the education MARKET has to offer. You can only stop this problem by removing the protections that PROP UP undeserving teachers.

A lot of teachers CAN NOT perform at their best because of the EXISTING infrastructure of the public education system. There’s a lot of bureaucracy that most COMPETENT, talented teachers want NOTHING to do with.

If you’re a Kayla Lemieux, you LOVE the bureaucracy; Kayla is merely the poster child of the bureaucracy, but most COMPETENT teachers know EXACTLY what I’m talking about.
