Toyota adds new Lexus crossover production at NON-UNIONIZED Cambridge south Toyota plant, Trudeau takes credit lol – April 9, 2019,

I know unifor has been doing everything it can to con the hard workers at the Toyota plant to hand over some of their paychecks so Unifor can force Toyota to take some of the unnecessary risks GM Canada had to take in order to appease their former UNIFOR oppressors. Currently and into the foreseeable future, Toyota workers have some pretty good job security as their consumer base continues to get larger and larger in not only Canada but the United States. Personally, I think Toyota would have made this move regardless of who the Prime Minister is, but you can’t blame pesky Trudeau to try and take credit for years of great manufacturing from the great employees of the Cambridge south Toyota plant.
The automaker will produce the Lexus NX crossover, oddly enough I’m looking for an SUV, hopefully, Canadians will vote out the idiot moron we call Prime Minister this fall, so I can actually put gas in the thing. But this is great news, I’m hopeful the Labour Union culture in Canada will dissolve or evolve into something that provides actual value instead of using the force of government push for wage controls and extremely expensive unnecessary private sector regulations that are causing Ontarians to lose their jobs and most factories continue to shut their doors and leave Ontario.
Should be noted that Toyota is a very large company and its a success is despite government regulations not because of them. Capitalism isn’t only about the large companies being successful medium and small manufacturing is just as important and it’s these area’s that labor unions have caused the most destruction. If you’re young or old don’t believe that labor unions provide job security, they might provide job security if you’re employed by a Crown Corporation, but Private Sector unions in this era, where workers already have rights, the modern day Unions if anything is leeching your pocketbooks.
There was nothing better than demanding a well-deserved raise eyeball to eyeball when I was growing up, then again this was when I had so many job options, but I guess now we’re in the era where people are afraid to be confrontational, being that so many Canadians have voted for politicians that want them to be in debt it’s only natural many Canadians would now be so subservient to government people. Anyway, congrats to Toyota, if I were you I’d keep those leeching labor unions out, make as much money as you can and get the retirement you earned.
