As usual, TheStar.com has it wrong, Doug Ford has it right on carbon tax the price of EVERYTHING is going up! – March 02, 2019,

The Socialist star aka thestar.com for obvious political reasons wants to paint Doug Ford as the bad person in this wealth redistribution scheme created by Justin Trudeau’s Liberals, which by the way doesn’t even help to solve the scam called global warming, but instead takes tax dollars from the working class and gives the money to entities chosen by the Liberals. Secondly, it’s extremely important to understand that most Canadians are forced to drive far distances to work because of forced inflation caused by the Canadian government, so it would be nice if the government got out of the real estate business, dissolved the CMHC or made the CMHC entirely private so Canadian taxpayers wouldn’t be forced to subsidize condo developments that aren’t based on actual consumer demand which again are forcing most Canadians to move further and further away from their jobs.

When people are allowed to live closer to their jobs, they drive less, but of course, these globalist scams aren’t about climate change or global warming, it’s about money, it’s not even like Canada was manufacturing Windmills and Solar Panels when those feed-in tariffs taxes were created. No development or manufacturing happened in Canada, most of the wind farms and solar panels were imported into Canada, from countries like China, who care nothing about the Paris agreement. If people genuinely believe that climate change is real, there shouldn’t be a tax, there should be incentives, even in China they have Free market zones for developments of clean technologies, no equivalent exists in Canada, nor can one exist because we continuously price ourselves out of manufacturing jobs. It’s an embarrassment that thestar.com writes these blatantly biased articles, it’s like they don’t even try anymore.

As usual, Doug Ford has it wrong on carbon tax – Thestar.com

Food is transported to grocery stores using gas-powered vehicles, most trucks currently use gas, diesel fuel is already high, there used to be a time when buying a diesel-powered VW made economic sense, not anymore, on another note, what people don’t seem to get is that businesses like Uber drivers as an example have to fuel their cars in order to take their passengers from point A to point B, so people who use Uber and Taxi’s will see a rise in their costs and it’s not like anyone can simply buy an electric car. The Unions in Ontario, for example, have priced themselves out of us being a manufacturer of electric vehicles. Food is transported to grocery stores using gas, delivery of all kinds, typically powered by gas.

Canada, like I’ve been saying for years, has priced itself out of a lot of different manufacturing initiatives that could have made us global leaders in renewable energy. People forget that I’m pro-renewable energy, it’s not like I’m anti-renewables, my stances has always been to have more energy options, I’ve been against simple replacement, I’ve said over and over give consumers options and the consumers would most likely choose the cleaner source. I’ve talked to Canadians they’d be willing to pay more for renewables IF THEY HAD THE MONEY! TAXES ARE TOO HIGH! REGULATIONS ARE TOO PLENTIFUL, you’re destroying the lives of the youth!

The problem with renewables in Canada stem from current entitlements of Canadian workers, which is the main reason why fossil fuels turn the most profits, the cost to doing business in almost every Canadian sector is extremely expensive, it’s why I’ve said for years, if this is the road Canada wants to take, which is over-regulation at the very least we should have a higher valued currency. Justin Trudeau is setting Canada up for a major economic collapse, in the event, the American economy crashes, Canada this time around is going to be on the wrong side of history.

The true cost of this Carbon tax will be felt, but I’m still not sure it will change the election results, but I have to warn my fellow countrymen, that if the Canadian economy, goes into recession this time things will be different, this isn’t Canada in the 1990s, when debt levels were reasonable, everything is out of whack in Canada, prices on everything is out of whack and Crown Corporations have pretty much made competition in certain industries non-existant and this problem will become very apparent if a recession hits this country. I have to make sure I warn people now because when the recession hits, I doubt I’ll have any time to write these blog posts. I still have my own family to take care of.

There’s an assumption that Canada isn’t reliant on imports, there’s an assumption that imported goods aren’t taxed when they come into Canada, there’s an assumption that these taxes aren’t passed onto to consumers in Canada, there’s also an assumption that the bank of Canada can raise interest rates if the Loonie starts to devalue. No, Justin Trudeau is running a deficit, a large portion of the Canadian public without access to a personal loan, home equity loan, a line of credit, credit card or mortgage cannot survive! just because you can service your debts, doesn’t mean that you ave money, in fact, if you’re debt, on paper you’re worst off than a bum on the street that has nothing! This is what I believe economists aren’t understanding, negative interest rates can’t fix over-regulation, over-regulation equates to the cost to start a business being too high which leads to fewer people starting a business, which leads to fewer options and higher prices.

Real estate prices go up in Canada because there’s a belief that there’s a limited supply, this is how the market operates. Now, of course, I know that the Canadian government is responsible for the belief that there’s a limited supply, but what difference does that make if others believe that the Government is making our lives better. I just have to make sure that my conscience is clean before the recession hits because again, I’m not going to have this much free time on my hands when the Canadian economic collapse becomes obvious to everyone. This is not a game!

Interesting times ahead.
