Voters won’t care if Justin Trudeau overspent on COVID because Canadians are being paid above-market wages and also being paid not to work – September 3, 2020,

Canada has entered into what I call late-stage socialism, during this phase an economic collapse is an absolute certainty. How the Canadian economy will look post-economic collapse is something I personally don’t know, economic collapses occur differently in different countries, both in Argentina and Greece, their economic collapses didn’t end in much fanfare or violence, people simply accepted the new normal and made the best of it.

When the economic collapse comes to Canada, the employer most at risk is the size of the Federal Government. Canada shouldn’t have any economic related problems based on where we’re situated however Canada has a very big government that will either shrink or collapse.

I personally think that there is no way at this point to prevent debasement of the Canadian dollar, the debasement of the loonie is inevitable at this point, what I’m not sure of is the Bank of Canada response and future spending of the Canadian government. If let’s say the loonie loses a lot of it’s purchasing power and the Liberals blame the banks and the private sector and add more regulations to the economy, well that will make the problem worse.

I don’t see how the current virtue signally Liberals can free up the private sector without losing their base and I don’t see at this point how the Conservatives can form a majority government without conserving the protectionist policies that led to the creation of the Canadian voters’ entitlement culture.

To answer the question of the article I point too below, Taxpayers don’t have to care, because we’re currently living in the good times, we are at the top of the cliff the next phase is the slide back down, deflation is a no, no for a central bank, so I assume deflation will be met with liquidity, however, the problem with liquidity right now is that Canada is going to run into a CASH FLOW CRISIS! meaning debt servicing is going to be extremely difficult without debasing the Canadian dollar.

The debasement of currency punishes the working poor the most and is that people are being paid to do nothing if they’re forced back to work for a depreciated loonie while they’re the cost of living goes up, there will be hell to pay. This is why Conservatives would be wise not to call a snap election because the crash is coming I’d say within 2 years tops and the last thing a Conservative should want is to be blamed for the coming crash!

If you’re in Western Canada now would be a time to support Wexit or the Peoples Party of Canada. If you’re in Western Canada bite the bullet now and allow the Ontario and Quebec economies to crash! Voters typically wake up when their wealth vanishes overnight!

The economic collapse is inevitable at this point! It’s not about if it’s about when!
