Web.com Review – Is it a scam?

Web.com Review – Is it a scam?

Web.com is designed to provide every small company the convenience in designing their own site and showcase their products or services. They have created packages for their client’s convenience.

Aside from making websites, they also give users an option to have a total control of their website from templates to customization. They have designs that can cater to clients with or without knowledge on web design. Users have the option to purchase their DIY website builder or ask Web.com to build their website.

How it works?

Because every website is unique, Web.com requires users to contact their consultants by calling 1-800-338-1771.  This personalized consultation is the initial step that website owners have to take before their website or faceboook page will be built.

Web.com provides 30 days free marketing services. Users will also be given this duration to decide whether they are satisfied with Web.com’s services or not. If they are happy, they will be charged monthly for the services rendered but if not, the services will be cancelled including the marketing that has been provided.

Final thoughts on Web.com

With the way it works, Web.com is more of a website promoting its marketing service, the Gorilla Online Marketing Solution, than something that renders website design. If you are interested in their marketing services, then you might want to call their consultants as prices for these are not published in their page.

Please leave your comments or your experience with Web.com below; it helps others.

Gorilla Online Marketing took our money for 4 months and we couldn’t find our business listed anywhere they claim to have listed it. They refused to assist in any way, only claiming we weren’t entitled to any refunds.

I wouldn’t recommend them to any business looking for online marketing.
