Yes, It’s True — Canada Might Be Heading for Another Election (Mark Carney Majority, Censorship, Consumer Price Inflation & the Canadian Dollar) — October 30, 2025

Posted on October 30, 2025 by RichInWriters

This article will be short because we’re talking theory here. I’m writing it in response to comments made by Canada’s Minister of Transport, Steven MacKinnon, who, while speaking in the House of Commons, failed to formulate a coherent argument when attempting to prepare Canadians for the government’s upcoming budget.

MacKinnon made it clear that the Liberal government intends to present an expensive, globalist-centered budget — one they fully expect the Bloc Québécois to reject. The Liberal Party appears to be relying on the Canadian media to frame the upcoming Carney-led Liberals in a positive light, setting the stage for a possible election that could deliver Mark Carney a majority government.

In my personal opinion, this is exactly what Mark Carney wants. Based on his actions, I don’t believe Carney cares deeply about Canada — he lives and operates as a global citizen. ESG and Net Zero are globalist agendas that Carney can only implement effectively if he controls a majority government.

From my perspective, Carney doesn’t see Canada as worth his time if he can’t govern with full authority. I’ve previously written that it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if Carney eventually stepped down. Since becoming Prime Minister, he’s been almost constantly abroad, continuing the same global lifestyle he led before entering politics — except now he enjoys the privileges of leading a country.

While I’m not a supporter of Mark Carney, I acknowledge his personal accomplishments. His résumé will likely go down as one of the most impressive in modern history. Unfortunately, if he secures a majority government, Canadians should prepare for increased censorship (something he already attempted early in his tenure), higher taxes, and further economic centralization.

New industrial and Consumer carbon taxes

It’s also clear that Carney influenced Justin Trudeau. Carney appears intent on rebranding the consumer carbon tax, while maintaining the existing industrial carbon tax, which has driven many industries out of Canada since he took office.

As for the Canadian dollar — in my opinion, it’s only holding its value based on historical reputation, not economic strength. The Canadian economy is deflating in real terms. The inflation we’re seeing today isn’t from growth — it’s the result of higher prices for the same goods and services. The only incomes rising are those in government, which fuels more debt, not productivity.

Carney’s administration has shown no interest in fiscal restraint — only more spending. That means we must anticipate an eventual economic correction or crash. ESG hasn’t produced profits even in Germany, a country with one of the world’s strongest engineering and educational systems. Germany went all in — carbon capture, solar panels, wind farms — and it still failed to achieve self-sustaining returns.

If Germany couldn’t make it work, how will Canada? We’ll likely end up on the service side of ESG, because it’s simply too expensive to start or sustain manufacturing businesses here. This is why Carney must subsidize private companies to build his Net Zero utopia.

The Political Landscape: Messaging Over Substance

Elections are about messaging. It’s evident that the Conservative Party of Canada is nervous about a potential election. The NDP has already faded from public consciousness, and voters are consolidating around the Liberals. If the Liberals can effectively craft their message — and the media continues to amplify it — Canada could be headed for even darker days under expanded state control.

The Spiritual Decline

In my personal opinion, much of what’s happening in Canada stems from a spiritual decline. Christianity is fading, replaced by secularist ideologies. The Bible warns us about this — secularism operates on a completely different value system than Christianity.

A secularist views anything Christian as archaic — and sees Jesus Christ as a myth. They convince themselves they know what’s best for humanity, but without God, moral boundaries collapse.

This isn’t limited to leftists — many conservatives and right-wing figures are secular too. They see what’s happening as a “messaging war,” not a spiritual battle.

Donald Trump, for example, would never have become President without the Christian base in the United States, who recognized the deeper spiritual conflict at play. In contrast, in Canada, I see what Scripture describes as children of darkness, seeking the “best devil” to serve their thirst for power and control.

Has Canada Fallen?

It’s a question worth asking — has Canada fallen?

It wouldn’t be the first time a nation has strayed from its spiritual foundation. Look at Argentina — a once-Christian nation that embraced secularism. Or Venezuela, another example of a country that replaced faith with ideology. The Bible records this pattern repeatedly: a great king of Israel, followed by a tyrant who worshipped idols and foreign gods.

Many people today crave belonging in a popular culture rather than truth in God’s Word.

The Road Ahead

I won’t rule out the possibility of Mark Carney winning a majority if another election is called. However, my intuition tells me we may end up in a stalemate — possibly another minority government under either Carney or Pierre Poilievre.

Whatever happens next, Canadians should prepare — spiritually, financially, and mentally — for uncertainty ahead.

Consider making Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior today.
