Lets Imagine for a second that the world was at complete peace, no death, no destruction, no war anywhere. Possibly there might be an argument to limit the free speech? But that’s not the world we live in. There are wars everywhere and the one constant that happens when there are wars is that people tend to get smarter and more conservative. If there’s no government to exploit people become more conservative, when the government has run out of money or resources even communist become more conservative and more responsible. The people who don’t become more conservative during scarcity are the rebellious usually either perish or join rebellion groups.
It’s this reason why liberal minded people don’t want conservatism to spread. Conservatism really is the return to a gold standard currency, it’s a return to fiscal stability, it’s FORCING people and most importantly COMPANIES not to expect a bailout from taxpayers when they do bad business. It’s a return to less regulation, more free markets and the ups and downs of life humans have always used to innovate. The power structures fear this because their monopoly comes crashing down because of the competition not only globally but locally.
As an example try and think for a moment that without regulation the average small business could realistically compete with Walmart. What gives walmart the advantage are the regulations and the preferential treatment they receive from the government because they have the resources to use the tax code of any country they operate in to their advantage. If there were a flat tax as an example these advantages and tax breaks they receive wouldn’t even exist. I’t hard for most people to wrap their heads around. But as I’ve been saying the world is changing and these large companies are doing everything in their power to make sure the word doesn’t get out.
Some of you may say that it’s because of racist comments why MSN has to change it’s commenting policies. last time I checked you could flag an inappropriate comment. Or if you’re MSN you could simply warn users that comments made by others do not reflect the views of MSN so read with caution. Put those words in bright letters or MSN could even make a video or make people check a box to accept. No they want to keep people silent. Don’t let them kill our freedom of speech.
