Profit System Online Scam
There is only one thing I want to point out about ProfitSystemOnline.com and that is their trust guard badges. I’ve been seeing plenty of scam sites using fake trust guard badges. Real trust guard badges can be clicked and when clicked you can see that the site is in fact protected. Apart from that I cannot call Paul Johnson’s profitsystemonline.com a scam until I get feedback from actual users.
Apparently they have an unheard of 365 day money back guarantee and apparently the have email and toll free phone support which I copied and pasted below. This information you see below can be found at http://profitsystemonline.com/legal/custservice.asp for the record I wrote this article in Aug 2010 at the time you read this post things may or may not have changed.

Paul Johnson Scam
Just a side note about Paul Johnson before signing up you might want to scroll to the bottom of the page and read the fine print.
My personal Thoughts Regarding ProfitSystemOnline.com
I personally don’t trust this site and I have this strange feeling there’s some kind of up sell waiting for someone after they make their $97.00 payment. Also by the way Profit System Online presents itself I just get that it’s a scam feeling but I could be wrong this very well might be the best product on the market. But based on presentation and my experience online I wouldn’t dare try it. I’m not sure if this worked for you to but when I tried to exit Profit System Online I was presented with an offer to get it for only $49.99. So if you’ve signed up please share your story please leave a comment below I would love to hear about it.
if you would like to learn free ways to make money online please visit my Work From home blog post.
Update…
I got a message today from an unknown person claiming he/she lost $400. People please leave your comments below $400 is a lot of money. This person told me that ProfitSystemOnline.com does not answer or return calls if this is true their 365 day money back guarantee is useless.
I think it is a scam because after paying $49 they wanted me to pay $97 for an upgrade. When i looked at my credit card it was charged $197 instead of $97. That plus when I spoke to one of there “coaches or councilor” they wanted me to invest at least 5K to get qualified for coaching and they promised that I will make thousands. I am in the mist of trying to get my 247 dollars back. Beware! the techniques they show you anyone can do it by asking question and doing their own research!
What system are they actually preaching?
Danell–this is exactly what I suspected. I bet it will take you months to get your money back — if ever — they will try to wear you down and hope u will let them keep it. I cannot believe that legitmate places — ie. — WBAP.com — will let this advertisement be carried on their site.
Re: Is PSO a scam?
Hello,
My name is Paul P. (not Paul Johnson) and I am the customer support manager for Profit System Online.
You should know we are a REAL company, (with many happy customers and
successful students all accross the country..) we are NOT some
fly-by-night operation or scam.
In fact, we have an entire customer support team in place to make sure
you are happy with your investment because we don’t want ANY
unsatisfied customers out there. Not too many training programs
online can say that.
However, if this opportunity was not for you, that is
understandable…it’s not for everyone.
Please just give us a call and we will issue you a prompt and courteous refund.
We want you to have a positive experience with our company so we can
have an ongoing business relationship. That’s so important for us.
Our direct customer support line is 1-877-786-4895, and we are here to
help you Monday through Friday (9am to 9pm EST).
On Saturday our hours are from 10:30am – 4pm
Or if you prefer, you can email me directly at: support@psomembers.com
I promise you we are not here to cheat or scam anyone…our number one
goal is to help you succeed and beyond that, to make sure you are a
satisfied customer.
It pains me whenever I see negative comments posted online about our
company, because I know first hand how hard we try our best to help
everyone succeed.
Our goal is to deliver tremendous value to you, and help you make money online.
Thank you for your attention to this and I look forward to helping you
in the future.
Sincerely,
Paul

i was also offered the 49.99 price and when i declined that i received an email saying the site was having difficulty during the time of my visit and they would like to make it up to me by offering 39.99. Makes me leary! I did not try this, not even for 39.99, trying to earn money not lose it!
hi,
can anyone tell me if this is a real legitimate company. The website is now offering me for 49.99 to sign up for membership. I really want to try this but just have a gut feeling.
thanks
Today i ordered the profit system online. I ordered the product at the full price and i also did the upgrade. when i received the bill i called and canceled the upgrade. Which they were great about agreeing with. After finding this site i called and ask if I could get the discount price of 49.99? The answer was yes but i would have to wait 24 hours for a refund. i am calling my bank to stop charges. i feel that the operator should have been able too change the charges at the time i called. I was told by the bank that they could not cancel the charge but dispute when it was charged. If I am charged a full amount. I will call and cancel the complete order. I would really like to try the program but starting off with an experience like this leaves a uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach. I will send and update on both the refund and the program.
Thanks
frog
I was very nearly persuaded that this was not a scam but on reading the comments left by others, on this page, I am now pretty sure this is a very good scam… Before parting with money I attempted to telephone PSO on the number given at the top of their email page only to listen to a pre-recorded message offering the number for sale if I wished to purchase it! Interesting; I then decided to try the telephone number given by Paul above 1-877-786-4895 which is not recognised. Any kosher business telephone number will be manned. Emails can easily be bypassed or ignored. There is no simple easy money-making system and if the company want money from you then that is how they make their money! Should you actually find a company that does pay out money, without initial outlay from the customer/client, or where only a few minutes a day on the computer pays thousands of pounds/dollars please contact De-Clutterbug at http://www.de-clutterbug.co.uk so that this information can be passed onto others. Many Thanks
IT IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY!!! Google” profit system online scam” and read the review by reviewopedia.com It tells you that this company has changed its name three times in the past when customer complaints start getting too out of hand. They change their name and keep their fake testimonials along with their fake “scam x certification”. Yes, the “proud scam x certification” also has been faked! Stay away please! You have been warned.
Profit System Online is the latest version of a notorious work at home program. The owners of this website have been constantly changing it to stay one step ahead of their bad publicity. If you’re seeing profitsystemonline.com for the first time you have no way of knowing that they’ve really been doing this for years.
Whenever customer complaints start affecting sales all they do is change the name of the program and swap out the spokesperson. Their fabricated story stays the same as does the general look of the website; they also leave the same testimonials.
In this case Profit System Online used to be sold under the following names:
Automatic Wealth Solution by “Ryan Jackson”
Automatic Profit System by “Ryan Jackson” now “David Palmer”
And most recently we have Profit System Online by “Paul Jonson”
There’s a reason that customers aren’t satisfied with this course and keep leaving negative reviews online. If these people were putting out a legitimate product they wouldn’t have to resort to changing their image on a regular basis.
To make matters worse they use some deceptive methods to promote these programs, the most common being the fake news sites. These are websites made to look like legitimate editorials but in fact they are completely fabricated.
They feature a story of a stay home mom that was lucky enough to come across the Profit System Online and now makes a full time income working an hour a day. To make the offer more appealing they use a script on the website that customizes the offer based on your location.
Again these are all examples of things that they wouldn’t need to do if their product was up to par. There are ways to make money online and people purchase home study courses all the time. The difference being that they’re not mislead about what they’re getting and not sold some pipe dream about making, “150k a year working one hour a day from your home computer.”
It’s pretty clear that you should stay away from this program and remember it so you won’t fall for it next time around when it’s called by a different name. If you need to contact them for a refund or support their listed number is 1 (877) 786-4895 I will be contacting the FTC to report this company and hopefully they will be forced to take down this ridiculous website. However,in the long run,it probably won’t make much difference because they will just call it something else and other innocent people will be duped yet again…Something has to be done to stop or at least minimize the fraud on the net.It is totally out of control. The FTC is just not enough. They don’t have enough resources to go around and police the whole net.It is just too much to ask for when the fraud is so rampant, from one organization…Advice for everyone:Research anything and everything before purchasing anything on the net.Do your homework and if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.It’s sad but painfully true…
Hi,
I tried this out. Paid the $97 start up cost to see if this was something I could get into. It is legit but it takes a lot of time and money to start up (like any business I suppose) and I was just hoping for something on the side that didn’t require too much attention. I was in contact with the customer service guy Paul (from up top) who did answer all my emails right away. I decided it was not for me and emailed Paul @ customer service for my money back (per the 365 day guarantee) a couple days ago (didn’t call the phone#)and the $97 was back in my bank account this morning.
This is def not easy money. It looks like you have to put a lot of time and money to make it work (like any new business) but from what I experienced they are not trying to rob anyone, just trying to sell their business model.
First they charged 97.00, then if I wanted to advance 197.00, then if I wanted the vip upgrade another 97.00. That was on 10/24/10. On 10/26/10
they called me @ about 4:pm est. After phone interview with a clerk, I was
turned over to a ‘director’. Then came the BS, the tuition for our coaching and software use will be 19,300.00. I asked what was the other money for? no answer. I told them no go. They didn’t like that, said to me why did you put us all thru our dialogue, why??? I told them, you show me how to make 10k in a month and in 6mos I’ll pay you 38,600. They hung up.
What do you know about this National Grants Conference, get money from the
Government and etc. Is it a so called ‘scam’?
in response to brians question “get money from the Government and etc. Is it a so called ‘scam’?” Oh yea that is one of the longest running scams online its completely useless
Scam, scam, scam! I live in a tiny town and know basically everyone here. This company advertises on Foxnews.com with 4 news report-like items featuring 4 stay-home moms in MY TOWN making tons of money for essentially doing nothing. #1, these four moms do NOT exist. I have verified with several other locals. #2, no one should believe this essentially free money offers.
This has to be a scam! Just like Howard, I read an article from a news station telling how a single mom who is so conveniently from MY TOWN was making $5,000-$6,000 a month. And like Howard, I, too, am from a small town and know just about everyone and I definitely did not know this woman. It showed a “like” button for facebook to become her friend but when I did my own research and tried looking her up on facebook she didn’t exist. When I was in high school I took a personal and business finance class and my teacher gave the best advice ever “IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT PROBABLY IS!!”
I order the system for 97.00, when i then was charged an additional fee after the advertisment claims a one time pay and with in money is rolling in. How can a falsely advertised company continue to steal our money and not be hekd accountable. When are we going to get lawyers invovled to make these thiefs pay. how can this be allowed. Im from Dubois and this woman doesnt exsist I. The bbb has been notified and if you were serious about your refund youn need to contact them as well as a lawyer. False advertiment is a punishable crime where punitive damage can be restored. Paull probably has now kids someone scamming money from innocent peolpe dont get wives and wonderful familues, they get head aches from sittin at a computer trying to think of his next scam. May god have mercy on your sorry soul!
This sounds like the Google adwords program where you pay google upfront fees to place ads on the search pages. They you sit back and hope people will click on those ads and be taken to your website where you hope they will buy your product. Making any money like this is best left to professionals who know what they’re doing. The average person will never be successful doing this. If you would like to try (for FREE), just do a search for Google Adwords and you can find complete information of starting this program yourself.
A note to people looking at companies making these promises. Alway go to the Better Business Bureau website and look for the company listing. If you don’t then you are asking for trouble. By using the site you can find out if they are rated or not. Check for complaints, see if there is possible government investigations. If the company is not listed or has a bad rating, run from the site. Check bbb.org it is there to protect you!
Hello, I receive several emails a day regarding easy money made on the internet. Enclosed are the company names: Profit System Online,Karen Miller, America’s top work-at-home,and so many more I can’t posible mention in this space provided. If anyone gets these types of emails please provide feed back on your experiences to randyhutchison0@gmail.com
any and all responses are welcome. I am doing research on scams on the internet. Sometimes the comments or testimonials seem to be a scam as well.
Just read the fine print. It’s a definite scam, and since they freely admit in the fine print that the ad, the woman, the earnings, everything is completely fictional. Their words are “none of this is to be taken literally”. So with that disclosure, they are legally off the hook.
Does anyone know what the job is? Those that ended up signing up never disclosed what the job actually is, just curious.
This job is probably Google Adwords (check the post for Nov 4, 2:21pm)
Once you sign up you will be contacted by a Rep. from Premier Coaching 1.888.386.7577 Ext. 627 Rhonda Ext.501 Christopher. Premeir Coaching writes the testimonials for PSO. and are located in Arizona. The first pre-qualifier will ask about your credit card limits and how many cards you have. If you tell them you do not know the limits they will tell you you should find out for your own good. If you pass the test from the first person you can talk to Christpher or Jason as the coaching supervisor. Yeh! This will take about 45 min. of your time, at the end they will want 9k to 23k for providing you an OPORTUNITY to make money in the E-COMMERCE industry. If you ask what you get for your money it is just that “An Oportunity” Your money goes to Premier Coaching not PSO according to Christopher. If you put them on the spot with a question, you are very quickly stopped, and redirected to a scripted Q & A profile of your current financial condition and your goals. You will get just that from them “an oportunity” and more money to pay, for the enhanced version.
Tell them you will not be using a credit card and will pay cash, they want to know why, when you can start up by not taking money out of your own pocket. When told I could see their scam coming a mile away the really put the pressure on, how they were experts and you know nothing, without their coaching. When told I would be calling the BBB at the end of our feeling out session they realy got pissed. Stayed on the phone and
and preached another 20 min. and defended the whole set up as a great way you get into business and they could help. Has scam written all over it, call and check them out b4 you spend any money. I requested a refund right after the first coach/screener. Google PSO they seem to have had several names to market the same product, keep changing to stay ahead of the neg. postings.
This is truly a SCAM. just log into this site(internetjoblocator.com/index) and close the window. You will get a message says $10 off if you decided to purhase.
They try to show how much they care about people.
Do not fall for this.
Funny thing about this site is that you cannot make comments. They have closed their comment box. (newyorknewsat5.com/work.php?t202kw=cb-2&t202kw=CareerBuilder.com+Network+Links)
Thanks richinwriters.com
just a word to the wise. Anytime i get involved with any on-line work system, i always pay with a pre loaded card. If it’s $49.95 I buy a $50.00 card that way they can’t hit it again. Never use a card that they could suck dry!!
so after discussing the aforementioned fees, the person i was talking to (Rachael) offered to hook up with me on a “date”. she says that she would personally “explain” the details to me……at a price. right. in any event, I come to discover that this PSO is also a front for for online prostitution……NICE!!
Dec 30, 2010 and they are still promoting PSOnline. I’ve seen this promo before, but today I decided to research a bit. Google search turned up your page as one of the first links. Thanks much for posting all these comments, agree with all and will not research further. Recommend to avoid is accepted and please continue the effort to shut the scam down. Would be good to keep these scammers off the internet forever. How does one do just that? Thanks much for the advice, experiences and comments.
Thank all the victims of this scam enterprise. It is good that I read your comments, otherwise I would become one of you. Thank you again.
I was debating about signing up for PSO but after stubbing on to this website with all the information I feel that PSO is a scam and you guys just save me time and money. I want to thanks you guys. Really appreciated it. The government need to take that phony PSO company down.
I am currently signed up with PSO. I am getting out of the Military and am wanting to work from home. It seemed and looked legitimate but now I am starting to have doubts. I saw a story on fox news that covered this company and seemed to have proved its innocence and it being an actual company. Now I am concerned and worried. I have done everything the sight has pointed me to…. business license, EIN, website, ect. I am going to open my business bank account tomorrow and am horrified right now. I have contacted my counselor with the company and hopefully she can clear this up. Thank you for all your posts…..
funny thing is i was about to try it. who would think that the news report was scam, the mom with the daughter picture is scam?!!!!! i checked my bank account and was thinking i only have $160 but if i will earn, maybe spending $50 is worth it. you guys just saved me from losing my last money. thanks so much. it’s good that we can all watch our back and just stay clear off these vicious scams..!!
another funny presentation from PSO :first Jessica Holcomb( 2months ago she was
in Baltimore,MD now listed in Alexandria,Va)and Melissa Johnston (also
in Alexandria,Va)share the same story about how could a single mom with
kids, unemployed make same amount of $6785 per month………..the rest
is history.
That is funny because the one i saw said Melissa Johnson is now from Conway, AR and she too is a single mom with a kid unemployed make $6785 per month.
Jessica Holcomb has now moved to St. Petersurg, Florida! Lol. I have been hit by a couple of programs that don’t earn what you pay into and I am glad that I reviewed these comments before manking a worse mistake. Has anyone looked into Bellamora Internationl?
I would like to hear from current “happy” employees of PSO. You have to work at something but if you didn’t get past 2 months with the company then you didn’t find out what you needed to know to succeed.
Jessica Holcomb is now in Charlottesville, VA. Boy she gets around huh? So glad I did not buy into this scam.
Thanks to this site and all the comments for saving me money. I still havent figured out what the deal is to make the money but definately know its a scam based on the fact of so many posts they say a single stay at home mom was successfull and like others the website that popped up look like a news channel and it showed her from my location and guess what her name is Jessica Holcomb!!! Unreal on how much and fast she can move…lol everyone stay away has scam written all over it. Sounds like they sucker you in for $49 then pull some multi marketing scam buy asking people to pay more…

Just for everyones info. I purchased this system. Immediatly after I tried to access the members only webpage with the user name and password given to me in an email. I could not get in. So I called their toll free number. They quickly went to work on me with their hard sell. Not answering why I could not access the site. I talked with a guy named Beau who ask a lot of personal questions regarding my credit cards and the limit onthem. I did not give any info that they could use. Then he put me on the line with a man named Landon White who he said was his “director”. Landon proceeded to explain their system. Basically they wanted me to max out my credit cards to the amount of 8935 dollars. He said this was the min. I needed to get my Business started for the amount I would like to make. I told him I needed to think about that. But then he also lectured me that suscessful people did not hesitate and so on. So I did some more research and I contacted their customer support today and requested my money back. I am now waiting to see if I get my 97 dollars back and I have also alerted my bank so that no other money can be removed. The customer service rep said she put it back in my account and that I would see it in 3-5 days. Maybe not a scam but maybe it is too!
Extraordinarily informative thanks, I’m sure your followers may very well want way more articles such as this continue the great work.
I got an email today saying if I was interested in working from home, then all I had to do was click on this link. I did and a website came up with,
“Congratulations, There is currently 1 position left in your area. Read the report below to see if you qualify. Special report from Amanda Stevens, the #1 home job consultant in America.” (who the hell is Amanda Stevens?)”If you can spare 60 minutes a day, you can have a certified proven and guaranteed job to make $379 a day from home.” After reading on I discovered that what they were offering was a way to learn how to get paid posting links for business’s. In other words, posting links that would generate income for the business and I would get paid for my time and effort. It sounded cohesive and I figured it was worth I shot so I paid the 97.00 by credit card. After I got the email with my password, I signed in and low and behold, they wanted me to get a website, get hosting for that website, get a domain name and on and on and on. There was so much information and it was so confusing I didn’t even understand most of it. They asked you to click on video after video for information and there were even quiz’s to take after the session but yet there was no mention of how to go about posting links, what I was promised and told I was signing up for. I will be calling to get my money back and reporting them to the BBB on Monday.
I wanted to ad that when you first click on the “click here” button in the email, you get this video that supposedly is from News Talk with the Network ABC on the bottom of the screen. It rreally looks like a ligitimate report from ABC news If this is made up, they are pretty damn good at it. They even show a check from Amazon services for 8,795.00 that supposedly the single mom from Wailuku, (which is my town) made posting links. I guess this is what got me….
Here is the URL link to the whole thing.
homejobmanual.co
Yeah, I cancelled my initial payment yesterday. After talking with someone who cliams to be so kind of coach, I decided that all this is is some kind of gimmick to get your money. They want you to pay them for this, and that, and the guy Anthony I talked to, he really talks down to you, like if you are not up on everything happening in the Business Magazines, then you are not worthy. Before you know it, you’ve doled out all this money and have seen nothing in eturn. In this tough economy, where people can’t even find a job, nothing is a sure thing even though he says it is. BS!
thank you all for speaking up. most mothers like myself feed into this, but the intellect stops me and makes me research. i appreciate everyone for publishing. keep up the good work!
I feel so used after spending $49 to set up a carppy system that is a total scam. I don’t even know if I will get my refund back. As for Desiree Ann Watson you made my day with the link you posted homejobmanual.com Same info, different location (Alabama). I guess the system pings your IP Address or GPS location and changes on the website. My friend in ATL GA checked the website and the same thing appeared it was her area but everthing else was the same. How is it that the same mom is in multiple location???
I found out this is a scam. I paid the initial charge that I am still fighting to get back. Their whole sale is trying to get you to invest in your start-up expenses on a credit card. I have a good feeling there is a credit card company trying to get rich behind this program.

Profit system took me for $15,000.00 and now tith interest is now at over $17,000.00 and did not deliever even a 1/4 of what they promised. They are a SCAM and do not have anything to do with them. I am now being harrassed and have been threatened to have legal sent against me. I was disabled at the time they took my money and now I am Disabled for a very extended period of time. With illnesses that cannot be cured and no way of paying the debt!
