In the interest of fairness i must make it clear in this review that NO acne product will work for everybody, we are all special in our little way and we all have different skin types. I also would like to say to everyone reading this from personal experience and as a person that has battle acne most of his teenage years and early twenties. The best cure for Acne is drinking allot of water. If you eat allot of sweets which i admit i do i’m a sucker for oreo fudgeo cookies then be share you drink allot of water.

If you can, replace  juice or soda pop with water and green tea i find it helps the skin allot. i know there are people who can eat sweets all day and never see a pimple but if you’re not one of those people i recommend drinking lots of  water and green tea. Once I cut sweets out of my diet I saw all my skin issues go away. If you haven’t limited eating sweets yet i would also seriously consider giving that a try.
