Franklin American Mortgage Review

Franklin American Mortgage Review

Franklin American Mortgage (FAMC) is one of the better lenders with solid pricing.  FAMC has many different mortgage plans and works with a variety of lenders. They are registered with the Better Business Bureau and have very few complaints about there services.

In the event you do have a problem with their service you can contact them and they will discuss other options for you. They are quickly becoming a leader in the mortgage industry and I see them continuing to grow both in the short term and the long term.   I’ve seen some minor complaints about there service but out of the thousands customers they’ve serviced personally i wouldn’t be that concerned.

Finding the right mortgage can be tough i’ve been there but based on my review i would say that Franklin American Mortgage is a trust worthy source to put your mortgage.

Another thing to make note of is that “they are full-service professional mortgage banker licensed to provide residential mortgages across America. Not all mortgage companies have that distinction and at the same time are registered with the better business bureau.

To date Sunday march 14, 2010 Franklin American Mortgage is a six-time recipient of the Inc. 500 Award which is good sign and was something i was reading about before i decided to write this review. That’s a high honor in such a competitive industry. All in all i’m pretty sure you will be in the best hands with Franklin American Mortgage best wishes to you.

Perhaps you should do a little more research into the company before you give it such a great review. The Wholesale division of Franklin American Mortgage Company in Irving, TX consisted of 3 African American individuals for the majority of the time I’ve been employeed there. At this point, I’ve been working for FAMC for roughly 3 plus years. In the last 6 months, thier hiring has become targeted to minorities as contract employees. FAMC does not value their employees, as you will find if you review their turnover ratio especially, on the conventional side. FAMC doesn’t institue an exit interview for obvious reasons. If you want to uncover a real story reach out on this site and I’ll tell you more. For now, I’ve already said enough.
