This could be one of the worst — most totally unsatisfactory service and/or product organizations I have dealt with.
Due to a technical glitch on “emma’s” part – my email marketing (time senstive by the way) cannot be distributed. Ok — we all have problems. But it seems customer service and solutions definitely won’t get in the way of “off” time and Holiday time for this crew — no resources outside business hours and extra time of taken for holidays — extra time —- and they have a big pile of “to dos” in the in box. I hope you all have resumes ready because a business doesn’t stay around long with this kind of poor service. You have not delivered — more than dissappointing – this ia BUSINESS problem for me… My marketing resources who initially referred you have been informed of this complete complete disappointment and lack of service.
