So in a sentence a person might say IMO Wayne Gretzky was and still is the best hockey player that ever lived or a person might say IMO Shania Twain is the sexiest country singer in the world. There are other meanings for IMO that you can research independantly but in regards to chatting and texting IMO means In my opinion.
