Unifor Assisting in Destroying more Canadian jobs, Co-op Refinery Complex Labour dispute escalates – January 10, 2020
Last time I checked, Unifor was against the Conservative Party of Canada, Unifor or members of Unifor created something called “The Resistance” it’s still on their twitter page, they made no secrets about their Politics, yet it appears select employee at Sasketchewans Co-op Refinery Complex think that Unifor is going to help their bottom line’s? When I read the articles below, I feel embarrassed for the workers, first off please observe the Unifor political tweet!

Now, after looking and observing that pro-Justin Trudeau’s Liberal tweet, watch the video below, because last time I checked Justin Trudeau is a huge supporter of climate change. Now, I’m not entirely sure of how the Co-op Refinery Complex operates, but it’s A co-operative federation I don’t even know how or why A co-operative federation would need a union to cause division amongst members. Money isn’t unlimited, businesses operate primarily by planning for the future and based on current economic policies pertaining to the Oil and Gas sectors, it’s obvious to me why there were “changes to employees’ pension plans.” I mean this should be common sense, what did you think would happen when Unifor publically supported Justin Trudeau and Justin Trudeau ultimately won the election?

I mean seriously, what did these workers think would happen? In Ontario, Former Liberal Former Premier of Ontario Kathleen Wynne also waged a war on Fossil fuels, Unifor, for the most part, was aligned with her and Kathleen Wynne also destroyed a lot of jobs, a lot of Unionized GM workers who oddly enough were represented by Unifor are now out of work. Now, oddly enough Toyota who isn’t represented by Unifor has grown their presence in Ontario. I genuinely up until now, didn’t know Canadians were really this stupid.
If you work in Oil and Gas, the Liberals have been stalling Pipelines and adding regulations to the Oil and gas sectors, this is obviously going to take money away from your pensions, you people really can’t be this stupid to not understand this.
The Net income of the Federated Co-operatives was only $1.2 billion in 2018, now I get it, in many of your minds this is a lot of money, that can be equally distributed amongst I think it’s 800+ of you but try and remember that a Pension equates to a company paying you while you’re no longer productive or producing anything for them, this means that in order for the Federated Co-operatives to pay pensions they have to grow the amount of money they’re making and it’s unlikely that they’ll be able to do this if current Oil and Gas policies created by Trudeau’s Liberals remain on the books.
Try to remember that equipment breaks down, costs associated with the operation of their acres of land probably has a cost of millions of dollars a day just to operate. I mean come on, tell me you’re not this stupid.

I’m actually shocked to read this, no offense to all you Unifor members at the Co-op Refinery Complex, but you really sound like idiots. Sure maybe you might get your way, I don’t know, I’ve seen a lot of dumb retirement or pension plan deals being made in Canada’s PUBLIC Sector, that in time Canadian taxpayers are going to be stuck paying or stuck not-paying depending on the politics of the future. But hey all power to you, good luck, wish you all the best!
