Inflation Numbers in Canada look Good, The Reality of Inflation for Indebted Canadians Will Soon Take Shape – February 19, 2020,

In America, Donald Trump has done such a good job with the U.S economy in 4 years that if a full-blown Socialist like Bernie Sanders wins the 2020 election, the Markets will be able to realistically take a vacation. When it comes to Micheal Bloomberg, the only change the markets fear is health care and the 2nd amendment. Oddly enough if you listen to most Libertarians in the United States, sure they fear a Bernie Sanders Presidency, but Bernie also serves as a recruitment tool for Libertarians, because although Bernie means well, he like Justin Trudeau is an economic disaster.

In anticipation of the carbon taxes, scheduled to hit Canadians April 1st(not an April fool’s joke) inflation is on the rise in Canada. Businesses who see the economic disaster coming are trying to get ahead of it early. Now, Justin Trudeau at least as of today’s date is dragging his feet, because, in Justin’s mind he assumes the far left has another option in Canada. The Far-Left has no other option, Trudeau is their only hope, in the event Trudeau steps down, it’s unlikey the Canadian people will have any faith in his replacement, I remind you that that Justin Trudeau won 2 elections

Yes, that guy won the election twice, why? Name recognition, Brand recognition, Canada has yet to experience a Liberal Prime minister destroy the economy, while the Liberal Prime minister is in power. Sure it’s happened on the Provincia level several times, but never Federally, typically the Conservatives are in power when the economy is experiencing an economic downturn. Brian Mulroney was left to clean up the disasters caused by Pierre Trudeau, Brian Mulroney had to do a balancing act which is why, a large chunk of conservatives can’t stand the Mulroney brand now.

Well, Justin Trudeau appears to be heading down the road of ruin, but I don’t think he or his supporters realize it yet. Liberalism is fun until the money dries up, now in Latin American countries like Argentina when the Public Sector grew or grows too large and there’s an economic downturn and their central bank begin printing money, the people of Argentina don’t say to themselves Austerity measures will solve the problem, no, too many Argentines work for the government, so in Argentina, the people assume that the economic fix is to try and attract investment. This leads to Argentina having hyperinflation problems, similar to Canada Argentina is a beautiful country, but it’s a horrible country to invest in.

Under the leadership of Justin Trudeau, Canada is quickly dissolving into a horrible place to invest, Trudeau has embraced climate change and he’s a believer that a Politicians job is not to enforce the law, but to adhere to the will of HIS supporters . This is Democratic Socialism, and it’s something most Latin American countries are familiar with.

In many instances, the constitution of Latin American countries are changed to reflect Social democracy, in Canada, what’s been happening under the Liberals and the Conservatives are differing interpretations of the rule of law. Because Canadians have been a rather obedient people, the lawmakers in Canada have been able to in many instances tweak laws to serve the will of THEIR people. Well, this becomes problematic when there’s an economic downturn, because if a precedence has been set for certain laws, the will be enforced as such during periods of economic instability.

In a Democratic socialist environment, the politicians will make the claim or convince themselves that it’s the will of the people in this instance to prevent climate change and the government must do whatever is necessary to make sure we have a better planet in the future. If you’re wondering why these protesters are able to do what they do, it’s because they know Trudeau has their back.

I can’t prove it, but as an investor, I know that strings are being pulled, I know that Justin Trudeau is a puppet, but, if people are sold on this climate change, carbon tax, manufacturing jobs are never coming, free welfare for all the poor idea, well, it doesn’t matter if Justin Trudeau is a puppet does it? Because ultimately Trudeau is doing their bidding and unfortunately, their bidding points to an economic disaster.

Inflation is good when it’s being fueled by wage growth, it’s not good when it’s being fueled by debt. Canada as a whole both individually and government debt has a huge disaster approaching it, you see interest rates ae almost zero and even if interest rates were to go to negative in Canada, the money to service debt, the monthly payments, they’re not going to go down by much.

Anyway it doesn’t make sense I get into the economics of the situation, what I will say is don’t be surprised when the Canadian economic disaster strikes unexpectantly.

Interesting times ahead!
