If I were Javier Milei, I would NOT use the GOVERNMENT to dollarize the economy, instead, I’d just let the Argentine Peso DIE! (Click Here To Learn Why) – November 24, 2023

Javier Milei shouldn’t make the mistake of imagining that Argentines voted for him, what actually happened is the Argentine people voted for a QUICK FIX. Based on my research the Argentine people voted for Javier Milei primarily because of his stance on DOLLARIZATION, if you’re unaware there’s already a thriving underground economy in Argentina for U.S. dollars.

But if you listen to interviews with Argentine people including those who voted for Javier Milei, many of them, haven’t abandoned their socialist ways, instead, they’re imagining that the current government, just isn’t doing it correctly.

In practice what socialism is, PROTECTIONISM, whether you’re talking about PRICE CONTROLS or social policies that grant certain groups of people special privileges in society, socialism is a rebellion against a free market economy.

The best way to stop a rebellion before it starts, is to allow people to see the contrasts for themselves. In Panama, for example, certain welfare programs could never be created because Panama doesn’t have a central bank, in Argentina, a lot of their welfare programs, have become part of the country’s CULTURE.

Now, if you dollarize the economy, Argentina, could soon find itself with similar problems they have in Italy. In Italy, the Lira, was replaced with the Euro; however, the CULTURE in Italy, remained the same, so, in Italy today, they need the CHINESE to help them build bridges.

You might say to yourself, what does this have to do with Argentina? Well, if U.S. dollars become the legal tender in Argentina, and Javier Milei is thrown out of office because inflation is still running rampant, the argument could be made that dollarization didn’t help.

The problem with the Peso actually stems from their government spending problems. In Italy, there’s no INCENTIVE for the locals to build bridges in Italy, because the country doesn’t have the money to pay for it.

If the culture in Argentina doesn’t change, I suspect Argentines will soon find themselves in a similar problem. This is why I would keep the peso until the demand for it disappears on its own. I’d continue to pay government workers in Pesos. Why? Because they’ll be incentivized to see the peso pegged to the dollar also, furthermore, when austerity inevitably sets in, those in government who DO NOT get fired, will have a better comprehension, of why the Argentine Peso kept losing value in the past.

Do you see where I’m going with this? The Argentine central bank is broke, so why not allow it to declare bankruptcy and then PIN the NEW Peso to the U.S dollar, while simultaneously allowing the U.S. dollar to flow freely in the Argentine economy?

I believe the Dominican Republic pins its currency to the U.S. dollar, locals still use the U.S. dollar in The D.R. but this relationship doesn’t allow the DR governments, to spend BEYOND their means, which is why if you go to the DR, you’ll notice that a lot of emphasis is put on their travel and tourism industries.

What you always want to do i keep the socialists in check, now sure, radical leftists can come in unpeg the peso from the Dollar, but then that leftist politician would have to live with the consequences.

Javier Milei is a good educator, while in power, he could explain why he’s doing what he’s doing. So that if a new administration replaces him and unpegs the Argentine peso from the dollar, everyone in Argentina will have a better comprehension of who the trouble makers are.

Interesting times ahead!
