The Canada Revenue Agency Instead of investigating the housing Price Inflation Caused By The BoC and CMHC instead focuses it’s attention on Contractors buying from Home Depot? – November 6, 2019,
While the Bill Morneau and Justin Trudeau types waste money via deficit spending, waste taxpayer dollars and have fantastic vacations that Justin Trudeau often brags about on social media, the hardworking people in Canada do what they can to make a living. Now, the biggest tax cheats in recent years in Canada have been Trudeau and his entire cabinet, they’ve not only been picking economic winners and losers but they’ve also been exposed for their hypocrisy. Now, I don’t understand Canada’s obsession with voting for the Liberals and the NDP, but whenever Canadians do this, things get progressively worse.
When voters opt to redistribute income what ends up happening is consumers are left with fewer options. Now, regarding the Contractor community in Canada, they work pretty darn hard, it’s not like they’re moving papers around like the CRA is, no these Contractors are actually doing labor-intensive work and the people hiring these contractors are often happy they showed up, because, then those people would otherwise have to pay inflated non competitive prices, to fix what used to be called a money pit home. Now, of course, the article I point too doesn’t describe what’s going on in the manner I am describing, but often people are simply trying to save a few bucks on both sides. There will always be a demand for the black market because secretly shhh… most people don’t like doing business with the Government! Does anyone want to follow me to the Police Station? Anyone up for going to the Passport office? Renewing their health card? Prison? How about going to get your driver’s license? Even people on welfare don’t like to see government workers. Hey gang, we’re going to go to see the government today aren’t you excited?
If I had one wish, I would make it illegal for the government to take wages out of an employee’s paycheck before they’re allowed to spend it!
If you work a 9-5 job, do you notice how you’ve been trained to simply allow your employer to take taxes from your paycheck? Do you know why this is, because if people had to pay back the government money they earned, it’s unlikely people would ever vote for a Leftists? One of the smartest things the government ever did as it pertains to Income taxes is to take the income out before the employee is allowed to spend it, why? Because it’s unlikely anyone would allow the government to tax them more. I’ve laid tile, done plumbing and worked as a sheet metal fabricator, now I can’t imagine doing these jobs for other people and then at the end of the year have a government employee tell me to give me their cut!
Like Canada look who your Prime Minister is, aren’t you ashamed? This is how far you’ve fallen as a country. Canadians voted for him twice! I didn’t but my fellow countrymen voted for him, imagine this guy came to your house and said give me my cut of your labor? You’re not even a little embarrassed? I sure am!
The CMHC and the BoC are intentionally picking winners and losers in the housing sector and it’s one big party right now, why shouldn’t it be? Oh, oh by the way, I can’t speak for the rest of the country but here in Toronto a lot of the condos and houses being built, yeah, a lot of them are built like crap, they’re horribly built and their probably going to need some tender loving care from these Contractors the government is looking to demonize in a few years! I like Home Depot and Rona and it appears the government is coming after them too.
Now, with all of these demands by the government, Canadians may expect more price inflation, because if Rona and Home Depot have to hire people to do the bidding of the CRA, well, hey what do I know, maybe Canadians like paying higher prices for things. Furthermore, I know a lot of homeowners, who can’t afford to fix their house without one of these tax cheating contractors. “Wow your house is worth a million dollars, homeowner responds yea but the mortgage and all the other debts I owe equal 1.5 million.” Like, here’s the thing, that I find so fascinating about the modern-day Canadian economy, people can’t see the house of cards, like all the warning signs for an economic crash, are here, but I get it, you don’t want to hear anything negative, no problem.
A reminder regarding laborers, yeah there’s a lot less of them then there used to be, and being that part of Trudeau’s agenda is to demonize the energy sector, yeah, don’t be surprised if more and more Canadian laborers decide that this Canadian experiment isn’t for them. Bill Morneau continues to poke the bear, I remind people Bill Morneau came from a place of privilege, not only did he inherit wealth his career revolved around finances, based on his policies and the laws he’s trying to enforce, I think he lives in a bubble. Anyway, it will be interesting to see how this thing plays itself out, because no offense but a with a supposedly booming real estate industry, the last thing homeowners want to hear is that their maintenance costs just went up!
Interesting times ahead!
