I believe in peoples rights to have any hero they choose too. I also support people’s freedom to admire or find inspirational any person or entity of their choosing. What I oppose is having my tax dollars extracted from my pockets to help fund people who think in a manner that I find offensive. Some many find “bad boys” extremely attractive, I think these women have the right to fantasize about whomever they wise in whatever manner they wish, but again I don’t think I should be forced to have my money taken from me to share with these women.
Volunteerism over force. I bringing up this article because I think it’s time people take a long hard look at the people they’re helping to support. No matter how kind a government appears to be if that government is asking you to hand them over your money to give to strangers you should really ask yourself if you’re helping to fund your own demise. People are people, people have a right to be unique, but working people who earn their money with sweat shouldn’t be forced to fund people that may secretly be planning to destroy them.
